From there, it was nothing but a cycle of false promises and pathetic excuses. They told me again and again that they'd be here "tomorrow," yet not a single person ever showed up. Not once. Their communication is beyond bad--it's practically nonexistent. I had to chase them down just to hear the same empty line repeated like a broken record. It felt less like dealing with a business and more like dealing with someone who thinks "customer service" means pretending to care for 10 seconds and then vanishing into thin air. The level of disregard they showed for my time and money is unreal. If this is how they handle the scheduling, I shudder to imagine what their actual roofing work would look like. If you value your sanity, your schedule, or basic human communication, run the other way. This company perfected one thing: being spectacularly unreliable.

Mr Graley called on Friday evening about 5:40 and wanted to come by and see what needed to be done. We were getting ready to leave the house so he said he would come by Saturday. I told him it was a small job and probably woulldn't tale him 30 minutes to correct it. We were home all day Saturday and no show from Mr. Graley and no call. I called his cell phone Monday, giving him the benefit of the doubt that he got tied up on Saturday and couldn't make it. Left a voice mail on his phone. No return call, no show up - no nothing. He may do good work if he shows up, but I wouldn't know. Chris Monk of Monk Builders is building a house in the neighborhood so I called him and asked if he could have someone come by and check it out. He said Wednesday at noon. At 11:59 he pulled into the driveway, checked on the project, and had a gentleman come by about 4:00 PM and correct the problem. Mr. Graley finally called on Friday, a week after the first call, wanting to know if I still needed the roof repaired. Obviously no. I asked why he didn't come by when he said he would or return my call on Monday- he said he had been busy. I certainly will NOT call Graley in the future.

I stayed home from work numerous days to meet him and supervise workers, but no one came. After about 6-8 weeks of this, we told the owner, GEORGE WAYNE RUSNAK, that the work needs to begin within a week or we would like a refund. He again promised to come, didn't show without explanation, made excuses, then finally promised us a refund. It took another week to get a refund check, which was followed by a week's worth of text messages asking us not to cash the check, promising to drop off cash instead (which never materialized), and making up various excuses (each text message ending with "God bless you and your family."). When we tried to deposit the check, it was returned for insufficient funds. We will be pursuing action with the authorities. This contractor is fraudulent -- do not use.

I had a job that very much needed done, with a very limited income, being a disabled veteran. I…read morelooked these folks up as I had heard good things about them. And when I met them, and spoke with them they was very pleasant. If we stopped right there I would have given them a four star rating just on their professional courtesy. However they severally overcharged me for a job that by my estimate would have been between the range of $1,000-2,000 give or take. The materials I needed we're only valued at $100-300 some, the labor now that I couldn't say. However it was a little job, not much needed done. By the end of the day they charged me $4,500!! During a time when money is tight, the economy is utter $h1t right now thanks to bad management. Those of us outside of the 1-10% income bracket do not have the disposable income to just throw it away like that. Then there was the job, I have to state the fellow they sent out was a nice guy, I actually liked the dude until I seen the work he did. One he didn't do everything we agreed on, then when he installed the items we needed he used damaged materials, measured it wrong, then just left it as is. At any rate, I had thought to dispute the cost as it was a gross overcharge, they basically fleeced me. Still to their credit they sent out another employee who did a fantastic job fixing the mistake of the last one. So in closing, I was going to give them a two star rating due to how they did me. But because they was kind enough to send someone out to fix it free of charge, and because of the quality of the work he did, they get three stars. Thank Dale Michaelson for that third star, he was an excellent worker.

It came and went. We incurred and were told it meant that week, not that date and had been rescheduled July 20th. Were then told rescheduled for the July 27th. Was sent estimate for final approval the day before (Sunday) and we messaged back that it was not correct and was told they look into it the next morning in a message. Heard nothing the 27th or 28th, called back at a litltle after 4pm on the 28th to cancel everything (landscape job + Mowing) from that point and asked for our deposit ($1700+). Was told by John that the products were already on hand and that was what the deposit was for and it basically wasn't possible, NO (without using those exact words). IT'S GRASS SEED, MULCH, AND COVER for the seed. YOU ARE A LANDSCAPE COMPANY. We had no problems with the mowers, but understandable communication sucks and John is arrogant and talks down. They use a computer system and a text also to communicate, when they do, and therefore, the computer system gets flagged as spam on your phone. We had @20 messages flagged and ddin't know they had been sent, except for them saying they had and us saying we didn't get them. NO WORK OF ANY KIND other than the yard mowing has been performed (satisfactorily). REFUND PLEASE or you are going to spend it in attorney fees, even if you prevail in small claims court. Having lost all confidence in the integrity of Rylynn (some details follow), I offered a reasonable revision of the release which Rylynn refused. Some details: The whole bath remodel experience was long and agonizing, and I am only including two things here. 1. The Rylynn workers lied when they told me the debris was cleaned up from my crawl space. 2. Rylynn workers returned (2-3 times) to fix a water leak I found in the crawl space. They finally fixed it when my son told them what to do. I am an old man who knows what it means to show respect to others. Also, I am a veteran and know how to do a good job. The contractor did not come that afternoon or the next day. I took a day off work to be there and he did not even call. I feel they may have decided the job was to small or something like that. Apparently his time and money are important but not mine.
