He came the very same day to look at my cabinets and explain their process of refinishing cabinets. He set up a date to come back and get my cabinet doors to take back to their shop. He and Chris showed up promptly on that day and worked quickly collecting my doors. He then set a date they would return to finish the kitchen. Finishing the project only took two days and I was very impressed how they were so careful in protecting my kitchen and home during the job. Cleaning up afterwards was minimal and I absolutely love my kitchen cabinets. Tom was very good about answering any questions I had during the process and was always quick to respond. I had picked a custom color for my cabinets and wanted a light glazing done in the corners outlining the cabinets. They turned out exactly like I wanted. I might add Tom and his wife welcomed their fourth son unexpectedly three weeks early during the process of my kitchen renovation but he kept right on schedule with my project. I would highly recommend Tom Gibson and his crew from N-Hance in Winfield, WV.

I had Keith's Kitchens remodel my kitchen. They did a great job and Bobby Webb did a fantastic job on my new floor. I have had many comments on how good my new floor looks. Everyone that worked on my kitchen did a great job . Also I decided to have Keith's put in a shower in my bathroom. Bobby came and put in my new shower for me. It looks fantastic. He was so nice and professional and I just left him at my house do the work while I was at my job. He knows his job and is willing to work with you to be sure that the work is done right. He takes a lot of pride in what he does. I would always recommend him to do a remodeling job. I really like both my kitchen and bathroom. Terri did an amazing job with the designs and showed us three different design options- which was hard for me to decide upon. It was hard for me to make decisions but no one rushed me. I really appreciated all their time and understanding. At the installation, Greg went beyond our expectations and did an amazing job. Keith's Kitchens installed a new Cherry kitchen, quartz countertop, tile backsplash and flooring, they also removed a load bearing support wall and installed a steel support beam, recessed can lights, and the entire down flooring downstairs and new base boards. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, the installers were great, on time and always cleaned up everyday. One of the main reason I chose Keiths Kitchens because they have their own installers doing the work, not outside subcontractors, Most companies have subcontractors and I've been burned before. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of our recent kitchen remodel. Our kitchen is magnificent now and we could not be happier. Terri was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. While designing our kitchen Terri gave us at least four different perspective designs to chose from, while 3 other local kitchen designers only give us one maybe two designs to consider. While it was a long process, we would do it all over again.
