I can't say enough good things about this company. They've bailed me out of two really bad…read moresituations and did excellent work at a fair price both times. The first time was over a year ago--they came to the rescue and fixed an issue that others couldn't. The second time, my home warranty company sent a contractor who tried to charge thousands for electrical work. Thankfully, I still had their card from the first job, so I called them again. Once more, they came through--doing the job right and within what the home warranty would actually cover. This is an honest company that does great work. The only downside is that they're hard to get a hold of and prioritize jobs based on urgency. But if you can get them to take your job--do it! Totally worth it. (But do me a favor and wait a bit--I've got more work for them: roofing, plumbing... I want to be first in line. )

I had a job that very much needed done, with a very limited income, being a disabled veteran. I…read morelooked these folks up as I had heard good things about them. And when I met them, and spoke with them they was very pleasant. If we stopped right there I would have given them a four star rating just on their professional courtesy. However they severally overcharged me for a job that by my estimate would have been between the range of $1,000-2,000 give or take. The materials I needed we're only valued at $100-300 some, the labor now that I couldn't say. However it was a little job, not much needed done. By the end of the day they charged me $4,500!! During a time when money is tight, the economy is utter $h1t right now thanks to bad management. Those of us outside of the 1-10% income bracket do not have the disposable income to just throw it away like that. Then there was the job, I have to state the fellow they sent out was a nice guy, I actually liked the dude until I seen the work he did. One he didn't do everything we agreed on, then when he installed the items we needed he used damaged materials, measured it wrong, then just left it as is. At any rate, I had thought to dispute the cost as it was a gross overcharge, they basically fleeced me. Still to their credit they sent out another employee who did a fantastic job fixing the mistake of the last one. So in closing, I was going to give them a two star rating due to how they did me. But because they was kind enough to send someone out to fix it free of charge, and because of the quality of the work he did, they get three stars. Thank Dale Michaelson for that third star, he was an excellent worker.

After about an hour of waiting on AAA (with another 30-40 min left to go) and trying to figure it out myself this truck pulls up and offered assistance. He had absolutely no reason to stop, in fact he was on the opposite side of the highway and turned around just to help. He changed my tire, made sure the flat was loaded in the back and checked things out before sending me on my way all while declining any sort of payment. I was blown away. Super nice, a complete life saver and from what I could tell, hands down an all around genuinely good guy. I made it down the road about 10 min before the storm hit. It was perfect timing. We were given estimates and liked the ideas we agreed to do one bed due to financial totals of the estimates (@ 10g) located in the front of our yard and were given a date of July 13th. It came and went. We incurred and were told it meant that week, not that date and had been rescheduled July 20th. Were then told rescheduled for the July 27th. Was sent estimate for final approval the day before (Sunday) and we messaged back that it was not correct and was told they look into it the next morning in a message. Heard nothing the 27th or 28th, called back at a litltle after 4pm on the 28th to cancel everything (landscape job + Mowing) from that point and asked for our deposit ($1700+). Was told by John that the products were already on hand and that was what the deposit was for and it basically wasn't possible, NO (without using those exact words). IT'S GRASS SEED, MULCH, AND COVER for the seed. YOU ARE A LANDSCAPE COMPANY. We had no problems with the mowers, but understandable communication sucks and John is arrogant and talks down. They use a computer system and a text also to communicate, when they do, and therefore, the computer system gets flagged as spam on your phone. We had @20 messages flagged and ddin't know they had been sent, except for them saying they had and us saying we didn't get them. NO WORK OF ANY KIND other than the yard mowing has been performed (satisfactorily). REFUND PLEASE or you are going to spend it in attorney fees, even if you prevail in small claims court.
