From there, it was nothing but a cycle of false promises and pathetic excuses. They told me again and again that they'd be here "tomorrow," yet not a single person ever showed up. Not once. Their communication is beyond bad--it's practically nonexistent. I had to chase them down just to hear the same empty line repeated like a broken record. It felt less like dealing with a business and more like dealing with someone who thinks "customer service" means pretending to care for 10 seconds and then vanishing into thin air. The level of disregard they showed for my time and money is unreal. If this is how they handle the scheduling, I shudder to imagine what their actual roofing work would look like.
