Once more, they came through--doing the job right and within what the home warranty would actually cover. This is an honest company that does great work. The only downside is that they're hard to get a hold of and prioritize jobs based on urgency. But if you can get them to take your job--do it! Totally worth it. Jerrod said he could do the job and would be on the way as soon as he picked up a new water heater. I didn't realize Jerrod was located in Kanawha County and my rental was in Raleigh County but Jerrod showed up and completed the work. As it turned out, he had to make another trip to swap water heaters do to space limitations.
