I took diligent notes, he explained throughly, and we talked for a length of time as he made sure to thoroughly understand and take care of my needs. Once the phone-call was finished, I felt knowledgeable about my problem and how to proceed in fixing it. The real kicker is, not one part of the resolution benefited the man financially. He took the time to teach me and help me with only the intent and desire to help; he had no financial agenda and was only looking out for what is best for me. This is truly the sign of an honest man and business and will surely be my go-to moving forward with all of my needs. After trying time and time again, they quit and apologized for not being certified guys leaving with "Michael will fix this" Michael then stated, after a missed appointment he had a "domestic issue" he was dealing with. We once again asked when he would fix the dimmer switch his Uncertified guys started and Michael said he would take care of free of charge...... My wife then called him, while I was out for military duties, and Michael assured and promised he would show up at the next morning....LIES!!! Once again, Micheal no shows and does not call to apologize. After calling several times to the only one who responds in the company, Brad (estimator), he stated he cannot find him either. Sure Michael has been consuming liquid courage all day because at 2000 he decides to text "stop harassing my employees." He was unable to so then a couple days later someone was suppose to come complete this. They were HOURS late coming to our home with no call to warn us. I'm home with a new baby and that's hard enough. Then these two men that showed up to my home were not even licensed / certified in this work! I was so upset this was happening. They could not complete the tasks so they left and their boss was suppose to come that night to fix the lights. The boss didn't show then he was suppose to come the next day and didn't show. Then said he was in the hospital dealing with a"domestic issue" which is strange he would even provide that information, very unprofessional and should keep those matters private. Then said he would come after the weekend at 9am. I was alone at home with my newborn baby and had everything set... I waited for hours. I texted and called then finally got a text from him. He sent me a screen shot of a message with someone whom I dont even know. It was so strange. He said he had to get tested for covid but he didn't even have the decency to message me saying he wasn't coming. It was so rude and I'm left with wires hanging out of my wall which is so unsafe. This is a terrible unprofessional business. I do not recommend this to anyone. Such a rude business owner too.
