Once the phone-call was finished, I felt knowledgeable about my problem and how to proceed in fixing it. The real kicker is, not one part of the resolution benefited the man financially. He took the time to teach me and help me with only the intent and desire to help; he had no financial agenda and was only looking out for what is best for me. Then said he was in the hospital dealing with a"domestic issue" which is strange he would even provide that information, very unprofessional and should keep those matters private. Then said he would come after the weekend at 9am. I was alone at home with my newborn baby and had everything set... I waited for hours. I texted and called then finally got a text from him. He sent me a screen shot of a message with someone whom I dont even know. It was so strange. He said he had to get tested for covid but he didn't even have the decency to message me saying he wasn't coming. It was so rude and I'm left with wires hanging out of my wall which is so unsafe.
