However…read moresince the beginning of this year the service has been horrible with today being the worst experience. our entire road was picked up but our trash was not. After contacting the company, I was treated so horribly. They confirmed there was no problem with our account and we were scheduled for pickup today. The person on the phone was so disrespectful, combating me when I told him they don't clear our road and then come back for one house. End of the story, nobody ever came back to pick our trash up, and never heard from anyone either. After paying the bill in January with no service, after today I am just disappointed.

This commercial building had its' trash collection sporadic for months. When I tried to cancel services they claim I would have to talk to their account rep before they could cancel my service. No one ever called and my account charged again before I blocked the automatic debit at the bank (only reason charges stopped). This company is FOS. I will use a collection service that has a local office where I can talk to someone in person.
