I also had my engagement ring sized there without any issues, and they have cleaned my engagement ring multiple times for me. However, shortly after our wedding we realized that my husband's wedding band was too loose. We went to this store in October/November to order a smaller size. I called this store at least three times asking if the ring was in or not and stopped by once . No one could give me a definitive answer on this saying that it was too early for it to be in. In these contacts, only one person ever returned my call with information, and that was in January, when a helpful employee said that the ring needed to be re-ordered, though I don't believe it was ever ordered in the first place. She ordered it then we received a call on 1/19/17 saying that our ring was in. When we went in to the store on 2/26/17 (we live over an hour away so it's a hassle to get there), the ring that was ordered and received for my husband was both the wrong model and wrong size. No one checked upon delivery of this ring that it was the correct one before calling us and saying that it was ready. Needless to say, we were very upset. The employee and manager we spoke with assured us that they would take care of it first thing Monday morning and call us, hoping to expedite the six week process. Now it's Wednesday morning and we haven't heard a thing from them and I don't expect to, judging from the lack of correspondence in the past. I will not step foot in this store again. If my husband ever does get his correct ring (hope it doesn't fall off and get lost before then!), I will not be accompanying him to pick it up. I am very disappointed that we wasted a day driving there and back for the sole purpose of picking this ring up that we ordered four months prior.

They said and I quote "If you don't buy it today it is going to be sent back." This is wrong especially when a customer is prepared to make a sizable down payment on a ring and the sales associate is lying because when I called another store location they told me all I would need to do is make a 20% down payment. But when I talk to this location I am told something different. I think this is an illegal sales tactic and I would avoid shopping at this location at all costs! I am also planning on reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau for the sale pressuring techniques. I cannot believe what was supposed to be a great experience of buying an engagement ring into one that has become a night mare especially after you have looked for over 2 months. BUYER BEWARE
