He was attentive without being pushy and was great to work thru the process with. It was the first time I had ever been there and he treated me like I had been a customer all my life!!! As soon as I walked in the door, the salesperson helped me. I told him what I was looking for, and he guided me through the entire process. This is the type of customer service that you can't get at a big department store. After I selected the suits I wanted, the salesperson offered to hem the trousers while I waited. There weren't a lot of customers in the store at the time; so, he asked me to wait 15 minutes. He hemmed the trousers, packed my new suits in suit bags, and I was on my way. It took me less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon from walking in the door to walking out with new suits that look great and fit perfectly. I'm making B&E my new go-to shop for suits.

A lot of the times I find what I'm looking for at Kohl's but not today. They didn't have my size in a few cute tops that I wanted but that's okay. I'll find them online. What I was disappointed about was the women's restroom. My friend and I couldn't believe how dirty and disgusting it was in there. We're thinking kids kicked the toilet paper roll dispensers and the feminine trash next to that. How sad. I do love Kohl's. A messy restroom won't keep me from shopping here.

I went in Kohl's to do a return at customer service. Every time I have ever been in the store for…read moreyears there has been a roped off line area for the regular check out registers and a line on the other side of that for customer service and returns. So I go in today to make a return and there was one woman in the regular register check out line side of the rope, so I got on the customer service side of the rope. A woman employee at customer service yelled at me that the line formed behind the woman waiting on the regular register checkout side of the rope. I told her the line for customer service had always been on the right side of the rope and the regular register checkout had always been on the right side. She informed me it wasn't like that NOW. SO WHY HAVE THE ROPE DIVIDER UP IF THERE IS ONLY ONE LINE? NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!

She led me to a different, even cuter pair of Hello Kitty shoes :') She seemed to genuinely just want to chat and show us things we'd like, and we ended up spending a lot of time in the store looking around at things. She would check in on us occasionally, letting us know about sales including items we were looking at and recommending similar items. She and the other guy working were super sweet and personable. She had the cutest afro puffs and Christmas sweater, and I wish I had caught her name especially. Generally, this store is pretty expensive, thus the lower review, but they had some pretty good sales yesterday and really great employees.

I took it to the register and the gentleman rang it up for me. The lady next to him asked if I got it from the mannequin and I told her yes. I told her there was one in the store and one on the mannequin out in front of the store. She said," well we can't sell that to you. We've sold out of them. Well, how can you sell out of them if you have two in the store. I asked her why she couldn't sell it to me and she said, well we just can't. So let me get this straight. You have merchandise in your store with a price tag on it and you can't sell it to a customer with money in hand. I would hope that that is not a store policy and that you just had an employee who doesn't understand the concept of sales and customer service. If it is a company policy to not sell a customer an item in your store because you had a couple of the items on display then someone at Hollister needs to rethink their customer service guidelines. I work for one of the top rated Fortune 500 companies in the country, who is also top rated for their customer service. We would never think of handling a customer service/sales transaction in such a negative way. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Hollister again.

This Hot Topic is probably as old as me, and once I worked up the courage to go inside by myself in middle school, it was my favorite place. "It's too dark in there. Why you like to shop in there? Scary." - Mom The staff have always been chill and helpful and so graciously nonjudgmental during my anime t-shirt and kpop days. Despite adults' adverse reactions, I witnessed many kind employees walking confused parents and grandparents through gift ideas and patient explanations, when the parents/grandparents had no understanding of their kids' interests. (But it's sweet they were trying.) This Hot Topic has lots of clearance to look through, and is generally well-organized. It doesn't look like there is one, and they keep storage in it, but if you ask, there is a dressing room. I'm very rarely in town and even more rarely inclined to visit my childhood mall, but when I do I usually stop in here for the vibes. Thank you Hot Topic for being the only place that supported my little emo nerd interests and didn't outwardly judge the email I used for your rewards system.
