My daughter is in the scouts and all the adults have to go through mandatory training and fingerprinting. We were told to come here for electronic fingerprints. It was pretty easy to make an appointment. We walked in and were greeted with a hello and a smile right away. It was quick and easy. I asked him if he could show my daughter how to properly do fingerprinting because she was working on the fingerprint merit badge. I was a police officer in the Navy and I showed her, but of course a kid isn't gonna believe their parent. He was glad to help and show and explain why they fingerprint in a Square like I tried explaining to her. read more

Went in for a livescan background test. The process was seamless. They sent out an email confirmation. The day of I showed up and was quickly fingerprinted and out the door. I will definitely be back for any future background checks or notaries! They were also extremely affordable! read more

I made an appointment to have my live scan fingerprinting done, to participate in a school field trip. This was a last minute request by the school so I was worried about how soon I could get the results turned around. I made my appointment for 1:00pm, went to the Appointment and completed the live scan. They confirmed the turn around time is usually 3-5 days, which was perfect timing for my trip. To my surprise, My results ended up getting processed and cleared same day! One less thing I have to worry about finishing before the trip. read more

i worked with matt to get a document notarized. I called the day before and was allotted a 15 minute window. He promptly set me up and had a calendar invite sent to my email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! When I had my fingerprints done at at event through my organization this weekend they could not provide receipts, which I needed for reimbursement. They told me to write my email address on the top of my form and they would send me an email receipt They did not send a receipt. Instead they sent me copies of a dozen other people's live scan application. And sent mine out to a big cc list as well. Now my personal I formation - social security number, driver license number, address, physical description- is the hands of I don't know who. They do not protect your privacy. read more
