The owner Sergei came out and noticed a bunch of installation mistakes and sent a different crew to "fix it" and, while the new crew did improve one issue, he did not fix everything. So CAUTION, if you get any type of plank flooring, expect it to sound like they have lined the floor with sand or plastic bags when you walk around, because according to Flooring America, that is NORMAL??? I'm so bummed we spent so much money on flooring and just as much on installation for an install that is sub par and no one at the company cares. It is like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond and we have been very patient. This has been ongoing for months. I really wanted to love my floors, but every step is a reminder of all the money we spent on crappy product and crappy installation...do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

The only one who was nice to us when we were shopping there was chastised in front of us by her coworkers; we decided to buy a very expensive chair from her. When it was ready, 9 months later, we had just replaced our furnace to the tune of $15k, and then our car needed $5k in repairs, and then my husband lost his job, so they generously allowed me to make monthly payments. Fast forward to a year past the time it was ready, a year of making small monthly payments that I couldn't afford with just my salary supporting the family of 4, payments that only added up to about half the full price, i got a call and was told I must pay the remaining balance or pay a restocking fee with the payments I've made so far. They said it was taking up space in their warehouse...its not a large chair, at all, a round swivel rocker, fits one butt...It's a great chair, but next time I'll go directly to the manufacturer, make sure these people don't get any of my money.
