Their knowlegable team consisted of Karen, who we spoke with on the phone to Jack and Doug who arrived at our home after driving over 2 hours from B'Ham. All were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Jack inspected every rug thoroughly and explained their unique cleaning process, one rug required color restoration and anther repair to damaged fringe.
