Sal was very professional and supervised the job while being on site the entire time to make sure the installation was done right. After the work was done they cleaned up the yard, driveway, and sidewalk and you could hardly tell anything had been done. After last summer with the heat trying to keep the grass alive this is one of the best investments I can think about adding to your home.

Sal Sanchez and his crew are hands down THE BEST team in town for irrigation and landscaping…read moreinstallation. In four days they completed our irrigation system and landscape design plan. They showed up early, stayed late and got our house from a 0 to a 10! When we had to substitute a few selections, Sal had the best recommendations. During the process we had to make a few changes to our drainage plan and they did a great job of adapting that into our overall plan. Two weeks later, 99% of the sod we planted took so that was a major success! If you need a team to get your landscape plan done Sal Sanchez is who you need to call!

Not really sure why every billing cycle for the last 5 months has been incorrect. Have asked for corrected invoices multiple times and they just don't care enough to correct them. Service is meh. Not any worse than any other mowing service, but for the premium price they charge and the billing aggravation, it should be better than average. They have also left my gate wide open after leaving, so my dogs aren't safe. I will probably end up finding another mowing service if I get one more incorrect invoice.

There's also some area that gets too much rain (drainage issue) and the grass is dead because of it and soil got washed away. I reached out to Adrian and before you know it, the crew has transformed my backyard into zero grass space in a matter of days and now I actually like spending time in my backyard. His estimate is reasonable and he is very responsive to questions and changes that I had along the way. His crew always on time each morning and they clean up before they leave each day which is a nice surprise. The project was completed earlier than planned which really made my day! If you plan to do something with your yard this summer, don't think twice. I highly recommend Twins landscaping to do the job, you won't be disappointed. Check out my before and after pictures!

He had no problem with respectfully stating an opinion different than mine, which honestly made me trust him more than of he'd been a "yes" man, and I couldn't be happier. Sod, flower beds, an irrigation system, and decomposed granite areas lain and leveled out for our fire pit and stock tank pool areas. He even gave me tips for planting our own flower beds (which we did to stay on budget). The work was also done more quickly than expected. Will definitely recommend and hire again, when we are ready to do our front yard.

I had a great experience with Nicolas and Garden Goat! Nicolas was extremely fast in responding to my initial requests, where other companies failed to respond at all. Nicolas helped me size up the scope and helped flesh out the ideas I had for changes to make. In addition to our stone hardscape they also installed a french drain to ease the pooling problems we were having. We had such a good experience, we had him come back and rework a section of our front yard to replace some old pavers with a more modern look and additional plants. He even went out of his way to put my old pavers up for sale and brought the money made back to me! All around great service and very communicative. I would recommend to anyone looking for landscaping help or inspiration. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. I can't recommend enough!

I talked to Paul in the office, who arranged for his outside guy, Mo, to come out and do an estimate. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and the price was reasonable -- about the same as what we had been paying. They get 1/2 up front and then 1/2 on completion. In just a few days, a dump truck from Whittlesey put the 12 yards of mulch on our driveway. A couple guys from Austinscapes were there that afternoon and by mid-day the next day, they had it all done. Turned out to be a perfect estimate on the amount of mulch needed and took less time to get done than I would have thought. They cleaned up nicely. What's not to like?

WOW! Paul and his team are our heroes! Every year my boyfriend dreads raking/bagging our winter…read moreleaves because his back and shoulder get injured for the subsequent month. This year, his Valentine's gift was Northwest Lawn Service. We originally requested just the leaves but ended up needing the whole lawn mowed because, well, we let it get a wee bit out of hand over the months (there were several weeds the height of small children in the backyard...eep!). Paul was not only super kind and easy to work with but his team was AMAZING!! In a mere 2.5/3 hours, they did the amount of work that would have taken us several backbreaking weekends. Not to mention, they even trimmed our hedges and did some edging work which really put the cherry on the cake. My boyfriend was like a kid in a candy shop, racing around to all of our windows to watch in amazement as they transformed our sad-looking yard into a modern-day Eden while I basked in the glory of this great decision (and my fortuitous situation of finding these guys). Also, the price was AWESOME. Paul cut us a very affordable deal where other services would have charged a fortune for such a beautiful and perfectly executed job. Our neighbors are green with envy and I'm not complaining. Can't wait to give these guys a call next year!

The most recent project was to replace existing grass from one side of my yard and replace with gravel and step stones. None of the projects were simple one day projects.
