In the last ten years, I hired 5 different photographers for various events all within the same price range after examining their prior works. Daniel from Verde E Amarelo, by far, was the best and also the most pleasant to work with. I hired him for my wedding proposal in Paris after weeks of reviewing works of several photographers in the area. As someone who hired several photographers in the past, I know that reviewing their portfolio doesn't always mean that the photographer can produce the same quality all the time because photographers usually would put their best work on their website. That is not the case with Daniel. Daniel can consistently take incredible pictures. He understands lighting like no other and constantly will change settings and lens on his camera in order to take that perfect shot.
My girlfriend who is now my fiancé hates taking photos. I was worried she would feel uncomfortable. But recently, many of our friends began hiring photographers to document their travels. I convinced her that we should do the same for our trip to Paris so we would have more pictures than just selfies. I didn't want Daniel to hide in the background to take the photos as I want him to take the very best photos from all optimal angles. I picked a spot in Montmartre to propose and we made plans to meet there early in the morning. Unfortunately, we did not know Montmartre picks up garbage on Tuesday morning. Our spot had green garbage bins making the scene look hideous. I just couldn't do my proposal there. If I did, I would be excoriated for life. I signaled to Daniel that we should keep moving. Daniel was very creative. He found spots to take pictures as we walked around Montmartre. Some of the best pictures I got from him are pictures of places we randomly came across while we walked. He is inventive and creative. He is also very good at making you feel comfortable so you could assert yourself in your photos. The photos I received from him were truly exceptional. I and my fiancé loved every single photo we received from Daniel. None was wasted. Daniel's offline editing skills are also fantastic. You won't find any better photographer in Paris. I highly recommend Daniel.
If you are curious why I would rave so highly about Daniel, you can ask Daniel for my photos from Montmartre. My name is Eric and my proposal took place in an unopened Christmas Shop near Sacre Coeur. If you are seeing a beautiful Asian lady in red, then you are looking at the right photos. I asked my fiance to wear a red coat to my black jacket in order to create a drastic color effect. After the proposal, Daniel walked us to our hotel in Montmartre, Terrass Hotel (I highly recommend Terrass Hotel too. Pay the extra and get the room with direct view of Eiffel Tower. You won't regret it.). Daniel waited for us to change to casual clothing before going to our next location. Having this option to change clothing is mentioned in the email Daniel sends to you when you inquire about his services. I highly recommend using the opportunity to change so that you can get photos showing variety of outfit. read more
