It was exactly what we were looking for from the use of lighting, overall composition, and romantic style. There was no question that we wanted Pierre to do a photo shoot for us in Paris. Pierre was very communicative from the beginning and took into consideration what we were looking to do from location to outfit change. I had shown him some pictures and places I wanted to shoot at and he seamlessly created a timeline. When we first met him in person, he made us feel very comfortable and guided us through the different poses. He was very detail-oriented. I'm not even sure where to begin...Pierre was fantastic from the moment I reached out to him via email. He was recommended to me by a coworker - his friend had used him and he remembered thinking his pictures were amazing. So I looked him up, scrolled through his portfolio, and loved his work. I simply can't say enough about Pierre Torset's photography for our elopement in Paris. My husband and I have a big height difference, but Pierre rose to the challenge like a pro so that we could have photos like never before. My wife and I just finished our session with Pierre. His work and his eye are already unquestionable, but it was his personable nature and integrity that truly set this session apart. Pierre is simply wonderful! I was planning a surprise proposal in Paris and he helped guide me through the whole process. I'm very much a type-A personality and wanted to ensure the entire process went off without a hitch. Pierre thought of everything and helped make the day COMPLETELY special. I went with his most basic package, but it didn't feel basic! He spent a solid hour with us, taking candid (unposed) pictures and then spent time posing us for the best possible outcome. After the breathtaking pictures of our surprise proposal in beautiful Paris, we knew Pierre had to also be part of the next chapter of our love story as our official photographer in our fairytale destination wedding in Chateau de Bourron. This was simply the best and easiest choice we ever made! Once again, he managed to capture all the magic and wow us all with with a prize-worthy collection of memories. We are beyond thankful to Pierre and his wonderful team for their unique vision, impecable work and for not missing a beat in our eventful Big Day. Pierre is not only an AMAZING photographer he was absolutely wonderful to work with. I did a lot of research online and read tons of reviews. It's hard choosing a local French photographer all the way over here in Texas but I could not help to notice all the amazing reviews Pierre received on every single website. I looked him up on Yelp, Facebook, Google, and Instagram to see if he was too good to be true. Well he was too good and it is true. It was super easy to book his services and he was extremely thorough when it came to directions/location in his emails. With being in a new country, he really made sure you felt comfortable with the location of the shoot. When we met Pierre, he was just a delight to work with. My husband and I are not models and needed to be posed for every single shot. He was really patient when it came to telling us how to stand, where we should look, and even what to do with our hands. Fantastic! The quality of the photos and his eye for capturing life and transforming it into art makes Pierre one of the best photographers I've ever used. Pierre is very professional, yet his disposition made my husband and I feel as though we were long-time friends. From beginning to end, he kept communication strong (via email). He speaks a bunch of different languages: German, English, French, Spanish...and so translation is not an issue. Payment was a breeze using Paypal and cash at the photo shoot. My husband and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary in Paris. We wanted to make it special and decided to take professional photos to capture our renewal of vows. We're not used to photo shoots and felt a tad self-conscious. However, Pierre made us feel comfortable and coached us on ways to look natural. It took about 8 weeks to get the edited photos back and they look stunning! Not to sound conceited, but we are so proud of our photos and we look like something out of a magazine. The backdrops of Paris makes the photos look unreal! What a memory! If we ever get the chance to work with Pierre again, we certainly will. Maybe we'll see if he can meet us during our next European vacation...getting beautiful photos is addicting, you just want more! read more
