My husband and I recently got married in Paris and Jaques was our photographer. As two Americans going to Paris to get married, Jaques made it so easy to contact him and was very helpful with the process prior to the day of the wedding. During the ceremony he captured magical moments (me whipping a tear away from my eye, throwing rose petals up in the air after the ceremony, etc...). We also communicated with Jaques the special places we wanted to take photos after the ceremony and he knew the best places to take pictures, and captured some really great moments between us. The pictures turned out beautiful and we absolutely love all of them. We received the photos really quick too, which is great because everyone who gets married is always excited about the photos. My friends who have gotten married had to wait nearly 4 or 5 months after to get the pictures back. My family and I booked a family session in August of 2015. I immediately obtained a response from him after proposing the date of arrival. Up to the date of meeting Jacques in Paris, the communication was wonderful. He even took the time to connect with me over the phone a few times before we left in order to go over the day's events and any requests that I wanted. To our surprise, he offered to pick us up at our hotel. The photo shoot was just perfect. He was calm and patient with our little 4 year old. He knew exactly what to do to keep her entertained. We found him to be a professional, friendly and very talented photographer. The locations that he picked went with our requests. However, Jacques went the extra mile by bringing us to a special spot to provide us with a few more poses to add to our collection of memories. The cost of the session was just right. We received our digital images within a timely manner. The photos were just out of this world. I even requested that he provide a few changes to a few of my pictures and he happily did. If you are looking for an amazing and patient photographer in PARIS look no further! Jacques was awesome. I had to coordinate my engagement photos from the US before arriving in Paris. Jacques was very helpful and responsive during the whole process. He also helped me find my hair stylist and make up artist. Our flight arrived late to Paris and Jacques and Gilles (the make up artist) coordinated with each other to make we could each everything done. Gilles was waiting in my hotel lobby when I arrived in frustrated from the delayed flight. Gilles calmed me down and told me that he and Jacques have everything under control. Giles finished my hair and then call Jacques to pick us up. Jacques is one of the few photographers in Paris that will drive you around for your shoot! DO NOT HIRE someone that will make you take public transportation to the sites. Jacques picked us up, greeted us with a hug and offered us food and water as we drove around. He was so patient and we had a great time with him. His prices are reasonable and worth every dime. We received our pictures within 2 weeks. It was the best experience! Absolutely INCREDIBLE! My wife and I had a photo shoot with Jacques on our first trip to Paris together. Jacques is completely professional and a lot of fun. And his work is just stunning! Our photos all looked like magazine covers. He planned several locations for us throughout Paris, late in the day, at twilight, and in the evening, taking us to the best spots for the best lighting each time. He made us both feel so comfortable and relaxed, and we had a lot of fun, which is evident in the photos. The shoot went well past midnight because we wanted some extra shots in front of the Arc de Triomphe, and this was no problem at all for him. Communication was excellent and professional, both before and after, and we received the photos quite quickly.
