We've never dealt with a construction crew as hard working with attention to detail. This a was a big job with a lot of square footage of pavers and the coping, tile and pebble-tech pool exceeded all of our expectations. They worked within our budget (no surprises) and finished ahead of schedule. Anytime we had a question or concern Jonathon responded almost immediately to answer any questions. The value of hiring one company to do the job (deck, pool and hardscape) is the only way to go. No delays and coordinated to where you're not waiting for one contractor to schedule with another contractor and running into scheduling conflicts and delays. Do yourself a favor and go with the best. If you're looking to do a pool remodel you should give Jonathon a call. You'll be happy you did.

They didn't know where the property line was nor did they know the correct height requirement for the city. When I contacted the owner "Junior" to help with the issue he wanted to charge me more than what he had originally charged to put up the fence. For someone who screwed me over, you would think you could help with the issue. Don't hire these guys, unless you want to spend thousands of dollars to fix their screw up.

5 stars is not enough! If you are looking for a contractor, stop searching, BEACH CITY is your…read moreteam. Hands down the best contractor we have ever worked with. Our family had the fortunate opportunity to work with Beach City on both our remodels over the last 8 months and they were beyond our expectations, they were the BEST. We purchased our home in August of 2020, in the middle of a Global Pandemic. We were introduced to Beach City and first met with Chris Lord (the man). He met us at the property, and we knew from the first meeting they were the team we were going with. His interaction with our family was truly amazing. He was kind to our children (he would bring snacks for our kids every time he came over) and extremely profession, responsive, caring and authentic with my wife and I. We had a tight timeline to do a total remodel and they took on the challenge. As soon as we closed, they got to work, and despite all the chaos with COIVD (backorders, product delays, etc) they stayed on timeline and budget. As the project got underway, we got the opportunity to work with Chris Cast as the project manager. CHIRS IS THE BEST, one of the nicest, most honest, hardworking, people you will meet. Everything he said would happen, happened, and if something went wrong, he told us and made it right. Cast too was amazing with our family, even down to the dog! The first project concluded in late 2020, November. And my wife and I decided to tackle the 2nd phase in early 2021. Of course, we went with Beach City! This time around we got the opportunity to work with Dave on the planning, Dave was amazing as well. The go around was the master bath, windows, guest bath and decorative beams. The end product was nothing short of EPIC. I seriously cannot fully express how awesome everyone was. Unfortunately, the contractors community has a bad rap, all too often you hear how someone got screwed over or overcharged, the list goes on. Well not here, not with Beach City. They are the best, true professionals, and all-around good people. You have a client for life here! Thank you! Save yourself the headache and stop looking, call Beach City TODAY!

Yay! We just completed our backyard transformation! We can finally enjoy our new Japanese Zen-style…read moregarden. We moved into this house in the spring and couldn't wait to redo the yard. Thanks to EVERLASTING, our dream came true in just six and a half weeks! Our old backyard was in desperate need of a refresh. Looking at the before pictures, you can see what a challenge it was: overgrown weeds choked the flagstone paths, dead leaves and debris were scattered everywhere, and the lawn was patchy and worn out. The old red brick patio and walkway also showed significant wear, especially near the house. Our biggest headache, though, was a serious drainage issue that caused rainwater to pool near the main house foundation and even flood into our ADU. Thankfully, EVERLASTING tackled this major engineering hurdle head-on. They re-leveled the entire yard, corrected the problematic slopes, and expertly installed hidden drainage lines to direct water safely away to a proper absorption area. Beyond fixing the underlying drainage, they completely transformed the disjointed space into a tranquil, beautifully executed Japanese Zen garden featuring clean-cut garden beds, defined walkways, and fresh new sod. From initial planning to the final touches, the team was professional, efficient, and proactive with communication. They held regular check-ins throughout the project to ensure every detail matched our vision. A special shout-out to Dani, the co-founder and designer, who took our rough ideas and brought them to life on paper! We also want to thank George, the foreman, and his crew. They arrived on time every single day, kept the job site clean and organized, and executed the design with absolute precision. If you're looking for a reliable, hard-working landscaping company that takes true pride in their craftsmanship, we cannot recommend them highly enough!

They successfully transformed the dirt area to an inviting garden to enjoy daily. I described features that I wanted, and they delivered a professional drawing that included everything requested with their own artistic appeal. The plan included pavers, a water feature, plants, a trellis, and seating area. Additionally, I was able to submit the technical drawing to my HOA for approval which proceeded smoothly. The result is simply an attractive outdoor living space achieved with little planning effort on my part. Thank You! Gary

Even before construction began, their back office called just to welcome us to the family and ensure we had everything we needed. What really made the experience for us was how the project managers Adaya and Roni were both incredibly warm, personable, and genuinely great people to work with. When Adaya (who sold us the job) had to go out of town, the transition to Roni was completely seamless while Adaya still stayed in the loop remotely. It proved how stellar the whole team really is. The crew finished the work in just a few quick days and was so helpful. They were also deeply respectful regarding noise and clean-up, which we really appreciated with a newborn at home. These decisions are made carefully with one's family, not something to be pressured into. In the future, listen to your potential customers' price concerns, hear their needs (yes, price-per-square-foot is indeed important), and do not comment on their marriage.
