Two transactions. 2. Didn't receive receipt via email for the gifted bag. Tried to exchange the gifted bag. Denied because I didn't have a receipt. 3. So....I send a photo of the bag, a photocopy of the credit card statement showing both purchases via email, instagram, facebook. 4. A few emails are exchanged with the merchandise manager "Micah" who says "I'll personally see that the situation is rectified." See photo. 5. 2 months later, 10 calls to a full voicemail and 10 emails later no response. Its very unfortunate that this great product has unresponsive and borderline incompetent customer service.

I was proven wrong when I showed up here and saw an actual store. With it in front of me, I ran inside because I always rely on Old Navy for my choice of underwear. Don't ask, but they are comfortable and the way I like them. If Old Navy were to ever finally close up shop, I would be devastated. I browsed a bit before making my selections and I always end up finding myself in the clearance section. Sometimes you might find a better deal there for the item you want. Today was not the case. They were actually having a sale on the underwear I wanted that made the regular priced items cheaper than the clearance. It took a bit of time to make it through the checkout line. In fact, the line was extremely long. The associates running the checkouts ended up keeping pace with the ever growing line. They threw me their credit card pitch, which I declined, I had gotten their credit card twice in the past, paid it off and they, the company, closed it out on me twice.
