The gentleman was talking to his family and not concentrating on patients. I have gone back five times , this last time it wasn't even fixed. The Manager never came out of the office and I ended up leaving without any correction to my bifocals. I would not recommend this office at all. I have always been at an office where they sit you down when glasses come in to make sure that they fit properly and that the new prescriptions are correct. I was handed them , I found the error at home and than after the 2nd and 3rd time in the office because I checked myself sitting at one of their desks. The manager did give me a credit and also found out they never used my 2nd insurance which saved me over 200$ after he found error. Very disappointed in this office, I would question whether to even use the company again. I definitely would not come back to this office.

After that he went in to one of the rooms to talk to another co worker. 25 minutes after her initial appointment he proceeded to call her. I explained that my wife had a 4:00pm appointment else where, and could we be seen in the next hour and a half. His answer was = We don't work by time, we go by patients. And there are 8 in front of you. if each patient took 15 minutes which they take much more than that. That's 2 hours ! That is not expectable. Please go somewhere else to get your eye exam and THEN come here to get your glasses if you choose to. But Don't get me wrong though, The staff there is very friendly, very understanding and were helpful. BUT that Dr. Eng is a quack with his smart attitude, stupid remarks, and other unrelated gibberish that came out of him, when all I wanted was my eye exam and a new pair of glasses. He needs to be replaced and I know among other reviews I've seen I'm not the only one to have a bad experience with him. I've seen that there's more people who've complained about Dr. Eng than having a positive thing to say about him. If I could give the staff a rating, it was be 4 out of 5. But the rest of the experience of that place would be a 0/5. I tried to get them to fix my first pair of glasses, which they made wrong. They gave me a second eye exam with Dr. Eng again and felt like I was bothering/wasting his time with this 2nd eye exam. Especially with his smart indirect remark that I was being indecisive during the 2nd eye exam. I'm the patient and should never be told I'm being indecisive! To then be told to not take it personally!

Two contact lens evaluations, eye exams plus one kid exam = $1300.00. Really!!! This practice's charges are abusive and excessive, IMO... I was even made believe that I had a problem with my eyes, so I opted for the "intermediate medical exam" and billed TWICE. Once as "New Patient" and on a follow up visit )as an "Existing Patient". I had to go back the following day because it was too late for them to complete my exams, so "nailed" again even though I was told by the staff that I was not going to be charge for any of the services on the follow up visit... `:-/ Charged for contact lens "fittings" even do we were not prescribed different lenses that the ones already using.
