They make you feel very comfortable with the whole thing. I can see without my contacts and glasses. It's the best investment ever. The Manager never came out of the office and I ended up leaving without any correction to my bifocals. I would not recommend this office at all. I have always been at an office where they sit you down when glasses come in to make sure that they fit properly and that the new prescriptions are correct. I was handed them , I found the error at home and than after the 2nd and 3rd time in the office because I checked myself sitting at one of their desks. The manager did give me a credit and also found out they never used my 2nd insurance which saved me over 200$ after he found error. Very disappointed in this office, I would question whether to even use the company again. I definitely would not come back to this office.

He walked through what he was doing and explained why he was testing certain things. He was comprehensive and offered some tips that I hadn't heard of before. Christine, who I believe is new to the practice, was truly awesome and helping me pick out frames. She picked up on what I was leaning toward and ended up picking out some frames I would not have noticed. She made the process fun. Dr. Hochberg mentioned that Cigna is good insurance when working with them. That being said, my glasses still ended up being more expensive than I was anticipating, so I could only buy one pair in this visit, which was a little bit of a bummer.
