My vision is pretty good overall, but I've been having trouble reading lately, especially in dark…read morerooms and restaurants at night. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Roberts and the staff at Park Lane. They were polite and kept the appointment flowing. Some ophthalmologists just shoot you through, but Dr. Roberts gave a very thorough exam, and even more importantly, he carefully explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, and why things happen to your vision over time. When it came time to choose frames, the optician, Mr. Uhran, spent lots of time helping me pick some out and steering me to ones that made me look good while not breaking the bank. They have a very large selection of frames, and it's a lock that there are lots of options that are right for you and your face. If you need glasses or haven't had your eyes examined in awhile, I highly recommend you hit Park Lane Eye Care. They'll treat you right.

Dr. Roberts is fantastic. I have no reservations about his care expertise bedside manner demeanor…read morenothing he's fantastic. His support staff stink I watch people for a living. I've seen his primary secretary / office manager fighting with other employees arguing being disrespectful unfortunately it carries over to clients. So now I've moved on there are other options. Why is he a doctor when it's difficult to get an appointment when it's difficult to get information when it's just plain disrespectful. Regrettably it has nothing to do with a doctor.

HORRIBLE!!! I called to make an appointment for an eye exam. The person I spoke with was nasty,…read morecondescending, unprofessional and utterly incompetent. She didn't even know the answers to simple questions about eye exams and had to put me on hold for over 10 min so she could check with her supervisor. Then she didn't know the price of the contact lens fitting exam. Then, when I asked if they accept my insurance it was impossible to get a straightforward answer it was clear she had no clue what she was saying. Later, I called their other location to doublecheck and got completely different answers. It was also an ordeal. Again, the person I spoke with was rude and abrupt. They are so vague about insurances they accept, or about the final cost you can expect to pay. Then they e-mail forms to sign requiring you to pay upfront for things that are routinely covered by insurance. Everything there is so chaotic and disorganized. And don't even dare ask another question because you will be snapped at. I can only imagine when one gets a bill from them. Most likely you will be overcharged and nobody in their office will cooperate with you to resolve any billing issues.....or even understand what you are calling about. Not the sharpest knives in the drawer, to say the very least. Stay away from this practice!!!!!!

The immediate response to my original review completely changed my view of this practice. Everyone…read moreI spoke to acted in the most respectful, caring and professional manner

I had such a wonderful experience at Lighthouse Vision today! I recently started seeing Dr. Stephen…read moreDincher, and I couldn't be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and easy on the eyes--no pun intended! The office also offers the latest technology, including an option that eliminates the need for traditional eye dilation. The additional $30 is well worth it! I also want to give a special shout-out to Thais, the optician. She was absolutely exceptional and spent so much time helping me choose the perfect glasses for my face. She was patient, helpful, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. Thais and Kim make you feel like family the moment you walk in. The office is so warm and welcoming that I honestly could have stayed and had lunch with them! I highly recommend Dr. Dincher and the entire Lighthouse Vision team. It's rare to find an office where you truly feel valued and cared for. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I see the one stars and the negative comments regarding the staff and I am totally sure these people are extremely "sensitive". I found every staff member to be warm and helpful. I am a person who always has lots of questions as I am terrified of the eye doctor. I had no problem here!!! They are wonderful. They take insurance. I would say they are a bit pricey but, you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend.
