The frames broke in less than a year and they would not guarantee them even though I had a one year guarantee. Do not go to this place. No one has any idea what they're doing. They are not professionals and the sales people take demo classes off the rack and then they sell them to you. Overpriced unprofessional.

Please go somewhere else to get your eye exam and THEN come here to get your glasses if you choose to. But Don't get me wrong though, The staff there is very friendly, very understanding and were helpful. BUT that Dr. Eng is a quack with his smart attitude, stupid remarks, and other unrelated gibberish that came out of him, when all I wanted was my eye exam and a new pair of glasses. He needs to be replaced and I know among other reviews I've seen I'm not the only one to have a bad experience with him. I've seen that there's more people who've complained about Dr. Eng than having a positive thing to say about him. If I could give the staff a rating, it was be 4 out of 5. But the rest of the experience of that place would be a 0/5. I tried to get them to fix my first pair of glasses, which they made wrong. They gave me a second eye exam with Dr. Eng again and felt like I was bothering/wasting his time with this 2nd eye exam. Especially with his smart indirect remark that I was being indecisive during the 2nd eye exam. I'm the patient and should never be told I'm being indecisive! To then be told to not take it personally!

She didn't even know the answers to simple questions about eye exams and had to put me on hold for over 10 min so she could check with her supervisor. Then, when I asked if they accept my insurance it was impossible to get a straightforward answer it was clear she had no clue what she was saying. Later, I called their other location to doublecheck and got completely different answers. It was also an ordeal. Again, the person I spoke with was rude and abrupt. They are so vague about insurances they accept, or about the final cost you can expect to pay. Then they e-mail forms to sign requiring you to pay upfront for things that are routinely covered by insurance. Everything there is so chaotic and disorganized. And don't even dare ask another question because you will be snapped at. I can only imagine when one gets a bill from them. Most likely you will be overcharged and nobody in their office will cooperate with you to resolve any billing issues.....or even understand what you are calling about. Literally one year my super expensive glasses broke. Which is actually less than one year because when I received them the prescription was off and I had to have them fix it. So if I am going based off of that it was less than one year. I called to get prescription and they will not provide me with all the details needed to order a new pair online. They refused to assist even with all the money I spent. Run. They push you to spend on unnecessary items. I had to get the lens correct and the $200+ I spent is out the door. Glasses totaled $558 the $200 were to get bifocals I did not need ask them to correct which they are doing but they will not credit the 200 on unnecessary bifocals nit even a store credit. Manager Edward did not care. There site states they take quality in there work but they do not. All they care about is the money you shell out. The eye doctor is good but the that owner of this establishment is not at all professional. I will continue my complaint to BBB and every other social media possible.
