The pictures are pictures of 3 different sets done by this shop. The first one was the super long nails that I got customized and they started breaking in half in 4 days don't remember the women's name and that set was the second set of long nails in 2 weeks. The second and third set which are the classic french tip and the cow print came out perfect. I went to Mary and showed her the customization or the picture and she would try to replicate it to the best of her ability and she did damn near better then what I showed her. I had those nails on for 3 weeks to a month with no lifting. Every other time I come I try to get a fresh set even when I come in there with no lifting and the nails are still put together because they grow out too long and I can't handle long nails at my job. I also get my toes done and the polish/shallac last until the next time I go which is at least once a month. I actually tried to use acetone to soak of the nails and toe polish for almost an hour and they didn't come off had to get them removed at the salon. Overall I have good experiences with them but every now and again there's a hiccup and they are willing to fix it ! sorry I don't have better pictures but when I get more done from them I will take pictures and update this post read more

Horrible customer service.... I got my nails done the weekend before spring break after 6 days my nails turned green I came back for the manager to fix... worst mistake I should have just taken them off. She was rushing and just filed down and painted over them. This place has so many mixed reviews and I was nervous to come but I stepped out on faith and to me I can go anywhere to get a pedicure I'm more picky about my eyes brows and nails. The prices here are very reasonable and somewhat the same compared to other nail shops. I got the pedicure which includes the hot wax, massage and hot stones for about $40. Van, is the best !!!! My first experience here was phenomenal and very relaxing I didn't want to leave the chair. I cannot wait to return for my next pedicure, she is truly a gem. Let's not forget about my eyebrows, Van also waxed them but I like them more on the thick side and she made them a little too thin for my liking but so much better than what they were before. This place is very far from me but I like to go here because my nails last longer than the other ones I've been to where they break after 1 week. Also they have a lot of options for shellac )it helps to see more the one shade of color.) They also thin them out without leaving any bumps. HORRIBLE! First thing is that I don't get anything special done to my nails very often. I'm a simple manicure type of girl. Shellac is the most I normally do, but I got a little carried away while getting ready for my wedding. (At another salon) So anywho! I went in this place to get a refill on some dip powder nails that I had done less than 3 weeks ago. I was told that they would have to take the nails off and do a new set. Uhm ok. Three words: Don't get Ombré! I trusted the spa manager with my nails and not only did she cut me 3 times, she did an awful job on my nails. They are slanted, some are shorter than the others, and the ombré is awful. I was there for 2.5 hours, she rushed me out, and she left oil on my hands that I had to wipe off with the towel she provided. I'm so dissatisfied. I use to visit this nail salon here and there to get my lashes and nails done until both ladies that I preferred left. There was always someone new every time I stopped by. Well I moved to the other side of town and happened to be in the area on Monday (4/29) so I decided to get a color powder refill and polish change on my toes. A young man by the name of Vincent did my nails and toes. I had never seen him before so I take it he was new, mind you it's been awhile since I dropped in but as I said before I always see new faces when I go in. Nevertheless Vincent did a really good job on my nails. I've had bad experiences with men nail techs doing my nails so I really prefer a lady but I gave him a try and was not disappointed. I'm giving a 2 star rating for the service and professionalism but if I could rate twice I would give 3 stars for the work they produce. My best friend and I have come here a few times and we've gotten the same experience all three times. First, we made a 11:00 appointment and when we got there the workers were acting like an appointment was never made. Nobody was ready to serve us and we had to repeat multiple times that we had made an appointment and what the appointment was for. Second, every time we come there aren't ever enough workers whether it's busy or not. I also have noticed that any time the owner isn't there the salon never runs smoothly which is sad. Third, every worker is extremely slow and whatever they do. I understand the meaning of taking your time to produce quality work but nobody should be in the salon for almost 2hrs on a mani/pedi or a refill/pedi and the salon isn't anywhere near busy. *I also think the salon needs a more variety of colors* But overall if you don't mind waiting a minute for your service even if you make an appointment this is a good place to go. I just moved to Texas from Florida and this place beats out every other salon. I got the deluxe pedicure for $30 which includes the hot wax treatment and it was a great experience. I went for a fill & eyelash extensions. The girl convinced me to get my toe polish changed to match my nails (I don't like pedicures) & I agreed while I waited for my turn for the extensions. I noticed when she was polishing my toes the layer was extra thick. But I figured there would be plenty of time for it to dry since I still had a wait. While I waited another person who came in after me asked about lashes and said she wanted strips instead of individuals because it was cheaper. Mind you I have been getting extensions & never asked about price because I saw the advertisement for $70 & knew that is the going rate for the most part. Also I still had some extensions on so basically I needed a fill but the place I usually go to was closed & needed it done that day for an event the next day so this place was open & I knew was clean because I had gone there for nails before but to only one person (the owner) others don't do nails as well & the owner wasn't there that day. Ok so it's my turn for extension..i tell the girl I want the long ones, similar to the ones I currently have on. She says ok, takes off the lashes I had on..which hurt & proceeds to put new ones on. Now the process can take a good 30 to 45 min..sometimes an hour..& I called before I went to be sure she was available. In about 20 min she was done & in my head I'm like wow that was quick. She had me the mirror & I'm horrified. She give me the cheep individual lash with no curl to them & she didn't even do them good. The were clumped together & I could clearly see the black glue she used. I asked her what is this? Is this what you call extensions? She says yes those are individuals, the girl that did your nails said that's what you wanted the $25 ones. I said no I told her I wanted individual extensions & never spoke price with her that was the other customer & I showed you what I had in that you took out when I came in the room & told you what I wanted. I told her this is horrible & ugly. The manager came h said oh the girl said you want individual for $25..told him no that was the other customer. He says ok well were closing so we can't do today & were closed tomorrow, 4th of July, so come back Wed, this is good for the Holiday. Mofo no it's not good for any day, & I got a life & other stuff to do than to sit in a nail shop all day! He says ok then come back h we fix but we closing now. To avoid the confrontation I just say ok & proceed to leave h pay for the other services. Then they tried to charge me full price for the ugly lashes. I told them I am not paying for this horrible job even if it is only $25. They did give me a $10 discount so I paid $15 since she did do something & paid for my nails, however I was so upset I didn't even want to go back for them to "fix." So I get home & my son..my 8 year old son said he didn't like them & he is a boys boy he just pays attention to his momma..& my husband tried to be nice but he was like just take them out. But my eyes were soar & I figured I keep them until I can get to my girl. However, my eyes kept watering causing soreness from wiping & by next morning one part was falling out. I took them off completely in less than 12 hours. To top that off my toes nail polish smudge on both my big toes h one smaller toe & two of my finger nails because the polish was on so thick. I knew there was a reason I stopped going to this place & took a chance cuz they added lashes but never again for ANYTHING! I don't care if they are the only place open. My business has been lost for good. What killed it is the line "Oh were closed & that's good for the Holiday." & then try to charge me full price, you should have automatically offered a discount & how you gone tell me what's good for me that I am paying for!
