WHAT A FRAUD!!! 6 weeks ago we had them come out to fix our gate since it wasn't opening and closing. Service was fine, but now the gate isn't opening and closing again. I reached out to Christian to see if they could come out check on the issue. Mind you, per our conversation, I asked already about services and fixed and what the cost would be. Of course they say there needs to be an inspection. Ok fine... but when the guy came out and said now it's a motherboard issue and charging is $1795 or $1300 (insane pricing btw when a motherboard is a few hundred bucks) we obviously could not afford it and said we'll have to do it another time. Lo' and behold, the tech asks for a $45 service fee which was NEVER discussed with Christian. If im asking you already what the services/fixes will be don't you think you'd mention that there'd be a $45 service fee plus whatever needs to be fixed based on inspection? Again... NO MENTION OF SERVICE FEE! I even told him that if I knew that, I wouldn't have even bothered having them come out then... Keep in mind this is SIX WEEKS after the initial fix which is shocking to me that they didn't notice anything wrong with the motherboard last time!
