Staff was super friendly and welcoming, made us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in. Their lunch special is a great deal too, generous portions for the price. The pizza was great! I can't say the same for the service:…read more At approximately 8:30 p.m. we were standing next in line waiting to place our order. One male employee was on the phone taking an order, and the female employee working this evening came up, clearly saw us waiting, and completely ignored us. Instead of asking if we had already been helped, she proceeded to take the order of the customer who had just walked up behind us. It was very frustrating and discourteous. We were actually about to walk out because of how we were treated, but fortunately the other employee finished his phone order and was able to help us. If you want customers to continue coming back, this employee could benefit from additional training in customer service and basic courtesy. A simple acknowledgment and asking whether we had already been helped would have made all the difference.

I ordered a chicken parm and it was 4 chicken Breast on 1 plate a d the spaghetti noodles came out separately. I didn't like that part. They should come married on the same plate. The noodles and sauce lacked flavor. Had to find the salt & pepper to make it taste like something. The bread came out looking GOOD, but it was kinda oily. I liked it but at the top and middle parts. The sweet tea was good. Our server was nice, but I don't remember her name. Soooo, she didn't make an impression on us or didn't state her name. The ambiance was nice and open and family friendly. We had a group of 11. Clean restrooms, plenty of parking. Handicap accessible. All in All, I would recommend trying this spot if you are in Buford, GA and judge them for yourself.

They had a large group in the back room tonight which I am assuming was at least partly responsible for our poor experience. We were seated quickly and our server was friendly. We ordered garlic bread to start and then chicken parmigiana for me and chicken carbonara for my son. It took close to 30 minutes to get the garlic bread which was concerning and then another 30 minutes to get our entrees. My son's chicken carbonara was good and he enjoyed his meal. My chicken parmigiana was the worst i have ever had and for the first time in my lift I sent a meal back. The server was very nice and asked if I wanted something different but by this time we had already been at the restaurant close to an hour and a half and I did not want to wait another 30-60 minutes for another entree. The worst part about the evening was my son wanted to go to Olive Garden for dinner and I talked him in to going to Dominick's instead. It pains me to say this but we probably would have had a better experience at Olive Garden.

So this year, I finally decided to try it for MY birthday! The place is pretty big and spacious, we were seated upon arrival. I got $16 off my meal but adding chicken and substituting spinach instead of broccoli felt like it brought it back up. We finished our entrees and was given a check (maybe they don't give you the dessert?). Anyways, I really wanted to like this place but it just didn't cut it for me, it just felt like another establishment. Maybe it was a bad day?

We had a 25-minute wait, but it flew by because they have outdoor seating and a online link where you can easily keep track of your spot in line. The special was good but different the onions were red, and were white in years past and different flavor for sure but pretty good over all, the pizza dough was surely better. I would order it again. She liked her pasta but did not care for the forcoshia bread as it was a little doughy and not crisp on bottom. She would order the dish again. The restaurant is cozy, welcoming, and very family-friendly. The food is amazing, and the portions are very generous. Each entrée comes with a side salad and garlic rolls. Honestly, the garlic rolls alone are worth coming back for. They are THAT good. So far, we've tried the Spaghetti à la Carbonara, Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken à la Casa, Calamari Pasta, and Blackened Chicken Pasta, and every dish has been delicious. I usually prefer creamy sauces because red sauces can sometimes be too acidic or overpowering, but their red sauce is so well balanced and flavorful. The veggies tasted fresh, and everything came out tasting homemade. We actually celebrated Mother's Day here, and even though they were extremely busy, the service was still excellent and attentive. Parking is easy since it is shared with other businesses, which is always a plus. I honestly have no complaints. My family and I absolutely love this place. This is quickly becoming one of our favorite spots, and we'll definitely be back! Sinceramente, no tengo ninguna queja. A mi familia y a mí nos encanta este lugar. Este se está convirtiendo rápidamente en uno de nuestros lugares favoritos, y definitivamente volveremos!

I had the caprese salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a classic done right. My mom went with the spaghetti carbonara and, as expected, it did not disappoint. Those of us who've been here before already knew what to expect, but watching someone experience it for the first time and love it just confirmed how consistently great this place is. The service really stood out too. The staff was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. At one point, the table behind us accidentally dropped their pizza on the floor, and the waitress immediately took care of it and had a fresh one made without any hassle. That kind of customer service says a lot. Great food, great service, and a great experience all around. Already looking forward to our next visit.
