He was very flexible in adjusting the layout to the trees, at no extra charge, even though I know it caused a lot more detailed stone cutting than was planned. It's really nice to have a contractor that doesn't exploit every opportunity to charge extra. There was a lot of soil to be removed and a lot of blocks to install. It was a pretty big job and done perfectly, without cutting corners. And the lighting he installed looks really good as well! They would work a few hours and then discover they needed more coumpound. At the end, when I asked them to fix a deficiency they wanted to charge me.
