I felt she took her time when completing my procedure and had genuine care for my wellbeing. This made me feel even more comfortable. I also love how they add the extra touch of Vaseline to your lips throughout the process. Something so small, but it goes a far way. The hygienist was amazing too. This was my second cleaning there and both experiences were fabulous. My teeth feel and look very clean. I appreciated how she managed the fluid buildup in my mouth. Never did I ever feel like I was drowning because she was always getting rid of the fluid immediately. I highly recommend Columbia Dental in Henderson for their exceptional services. It was a nebulous range, requiring 2 Dentists in 2 different offices with 2 different sets of charges and for only one arch. AND he was going to match my new teeth to my old teeth. What?! Dr Gregg's services and fees for 2 arches was far more Comprehensive, reasonable, honest, well-explained and supported. And preferable. Of course I would rather have both arches done. Not only was the quality exceptional, but her bedside manner made me feel comfortable and cared for in a way I hadn't experienced before. With my previous dentist, I often felt rushed and judged, and I rarely left feeling happy with my experience. At one point, I asked about Dr. Joanna S. and was told "there has never been a woman dentist here", only to later discover that she was still seeing patients in Vegas! The dental hygienists were amazing and incredibly patient with me, especially knowing that I still carried anxiety from past dental experiences. One hygienist even made sure she scheduled me on a day she was there, and she checked up on me when I wasn't with her too! I chose to have crowns placed on my front teeth, and it was one of the best decisions I've made. Since it was my first visit, they did X-rays too. I was told the visit would be $25. I thought I'd be there for an hour. I was there for 2 hours and 15 min. They really should tell you that the first visit is going to be this long so people can plan accordingly. They told me to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, but I waited a half hour before I left the waiting room. I had already filled out the paperwork online, so there was no need for me to be there so early. The dentist was pleasant and thorough . She did my exam and reviewed the procedures she recommended. Then, the insurance girl came in to talk about what my insurance covers. I told her all I wanted today was the cleaning. For some reason that price was now $75 instead of the $25 they told me it would be when I first arrived. I paid the $75. Finally, the hygienist came in to clean my teeth. She was very friendly and she did a great job cleaning my teeth. On my way out, I noticed they had a sign in the window that said a cleaning, exam, and x-rays was $59 for new patients. I'm not sure why I was charged $75, even with my insurance, if they're only charging other new clients $59. Overall, the medical professionals at this office were professional and competent. The wait time and total visit time took too long. And I feel like I overpaid considering they charged me more with insurance, than they do people without.

I was greeted kindly by Britany at the reception desk and was brought in promptly by Dianna who was an absolute gem. She took my X rays and was so knowledgeable, I feel like I learned so much about my teeth in such a short amount of time. She took her time and made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Then came in Dr. Ashley Christensen who was also very kind. She looked over my X Rays and gave insightful feedback. She also so confidently got rid of the chip on my front tooth and made my teeth look so beautiful and even! I felt so relieved and left feeling like I was truly taken care of. 1 STAR I came here…read moreto have a cracked tooth extracted. After THREE appointments, hours of waiting, and money spent, I STILL HAVE THE TOOTH. First appointment: X-rays and a cleaning were scheduled, but they couldn't get to the cleaning, so I had to reschedule. Second appointment: I had a cleaning and filling scheduled for 1 PM and didn't leave until 5 PM. Four hours for a cleaning and filling is unacceptable. And my main concern -- the cracked tooth I originally contacted them about -- still wasn't addressed. Third appointment: I finally got my cleaning. But as the appointment was wrapping up, I found out the extraction wasn't happening because the surgeon had gone home early because he wasn't feeling well. I understand that people get sick, but why am I finding this out at the end of my appointment? And what about my tooth? The biggest issue is the lack of communication and organization. I was given conflicting information about what needed to be done and what I was being charged for. Three visits later, I still have the problem I originally came in to fix. Credit where it's due: the hygienist and assistants were kind, professional, and made me comfortable. Honestly, I'd advise them to find a better office that matches the level of care they provide. Three chances to live up to that 4.8-star rating. Missed every time. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Go somewhere else.
