Extraordinarily caring and kind electricians. Also very good at what they do. Our condo association has Vega on its 'preferred vendors' list. Alfonso broke from his very busy day to come manage a simple task for me recently. His team has done multiple tasks/ jobs here at our association extrodinarily well. Definately recommend them with the highest rating! read more

We recently purchased our first electric vehicle and wanted to have a faster, more powerful way of charging it at home. We needed an electrician to install it, at after a few fruitless contacts with others, I contacted Vega. I spoke to Alphonso, and he was very cordial and easy to communicate with. We set up a day for him to come and see what we needed, and he was just as nice in person as he was over the phone. He was very knowledgeable, and his price was very good, so we agreed for him to come in 2 weeks to do the installation. He arrived promptly with 2 assistants, and they we finished in 2 or 3 hours. They were very neat, did a beautiful job, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend Vegas Electrical! read more

I called for an estimate to install a Ring flood light/camera - Alfonso came out a few hours later, gave a reasonable quote, and was able to install the same day. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. I will definitely use him again! read more

First class service. These dudes know there stuff, excellence! Tradesman that are efficient, professional, fair, and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Alfonso and his team enough! read more

Alfonso is a five star electrician. I was his helper (I held a few things) on installing a light in kitchen and a light outside. The job to install both lights took only an hour. His price per light was more than reasonable and I saw him do the work which was first rate rather than mickey mouse. He doesn't take short cuts. A couple weeks earlier he diagnosed my instant hot water device issue and replaced the caps with better ones which is important for a device that has both electricity and water going through it. I will reach out to him for future needs as you get quality work at a fair price. read more

You know you found a great contractor when they work on your project like it was their own home. That's just one reason I'm thrilled with the work Vega Electrical did on our house. The point of attachment pole needed to be moved to correct a problem. My first pleasant surprise was when Alfonso showed up on time to look at the job and give me a bid. (How often have you waited and waited for someone to show up?) Once I gave the go-ahead, he handled getting a pipe bent to specifications. And a last minute hiccup was averted because Alfonso TOOK THE INITIATIVE to call DWP and keep things on schedule. My next happy surprise was when he and his helper arrived on a Saturday morning BEFORE they were scheduled to be here. The work they performed was highly professional, very neatly done and finished out looking very nice. I daresay I now have the best looking point of attachment pole on my block. Seriously though, if you need a licensed electrician who does fabulous work, does so neatly and leaves you with a professional job that you're proud to have in your home, give Alfonso a call. read more

Showed up on time and completed the job. Had them setup a tesla charger. Happy with finished work.

Alfonso did an excellent job replacing our main electrical panel. He added additional reinforcements to tie the panel to the house more securely, and even patched an existing hole in the stucco left by previous electrical work. We will definitely call him if we need more work done in the future. read more

After over 10 years of our loyalty to Vega Electric and Alfonso decides to just completely stop servicing our 14 rental units and completely stops communication. Why? Because I questioned Alfonso as to why I had to replace a 1.5 year old light fixture and a 2 year old timer which he installed. My family has owned these rentals for over 55 years...I have light fixtures and timers which are about 35 years old still working. Wouldn't anyone question their replacement after 1.5 and 2 years new respectively? We aren't slum-lords...we never go for the cheapest... For Alphonso NOT to respond to any of my communications after our loyalty to him of over 10 years is very unprofessional. Maybe it was the 10 dual smoke/carbon monoxide detectors he recently installed which already needed replacing that he didn't want to deal with. That's okay...I just wish I would have found out sooner how he deals with things when his shot-y work goes bad. read more

We needed some z-wave wifi light switches installed. We called and got Vega to come very quickly. They did a great job on installation and cleanup and even identified some other electrical issues that needed attention. Great customer service and very reasonable price. read more

I'd highly recommend Vega Electrical. After purchasing my new (old) home, I had a significant amount of work to do. Everything from small items like fixing outlets and switches, to large items like replacing my electrical panel, rewiring, and installing recessed lighting. In every situation, they were fantastic. Alfonso was super professional, friendly, capable, and timely. He and his team were clean and got the job(s) done. I never had to worry, and never had any surprises. read more

We've used Vega for a few projects and are really happy with the work of Alfonso and his crew. We first had them out last year to bury some power lines that were running between the house and garage. They did such an excellent job we called them again when we decided to have canned lights installed in a couple bedrooms. Again, excellent work! Alfonso is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and he always returns calls. He's the best electrician we've worked with and we'll continue to call Vega for all our electrical work. read more

UNREAL!! You know how in the movies some girl needs electric done, looks in a phone book or online, and a great guy comes, they do the last minute job without charging much perfectly, then go away? And you think, 'yep, that's the movies'. Well - not anymore! Call Vega!! Alfonso came by w/in a couple hours of my calling him. His awesome brother & colleague arrived, on schedule, the next morning - installed the a.c. electric (and proactively devised a way of course much better than what I had proposed) and then, boom, were gone - cleaned up after themselves, everything 100% A team. Thank you Alfonso Ramses & Carlos!!! AWESOME/perfect and reasonably priced. read more

We had a Tankless water heater installed in July 2016 and the plumber contracted with Vega Electrical and had them come out to install an electrical outlet for the Tankless unit. They arrived on time and did the work! A little difficult to get through the foundation of the house and make it look nice - but they did it! Also, not having a prior quote for that portion of the job we were pleasantly surprise with the price! We plan on using them again to install 2 bathroom ceiling vent/fans! read more

I've used Vega electrical for many projects at my house. Recently they installed motion lights from my attic to the rear of the house and connected my hot tub. The hot tub was such a pain, but Alfonso connected it along the house (underground) to the main panel. It was quite the project, but now it's connected and working great! He's reliable and easy to contact with concerns or questions. read more

We own an old home dating to the 1930's. As one can imagine, modernizing the electrical system presented multiple challenges. Highlights of the work Alfonso provided: a service panel upgrade to 100 to 200 amps; the addition of numerous dedicated lines; the installation of a number of indoor and outdoor light fixtures; and the installation of a whole-house surge protector at the new service panel. We are extremely pleased with Vega Electrical for providing EXCELLENT service throughout all stages of the work. Our online request for a free estimate received a same-day response. The initial consultation at our home was on schedule, as was a second visit to address additional concerns and questions. Alfonso offered logical, reasonable suggestions to the work we defined and needed done. His approach to customer service along with his expertise and knowledge were instrumental in our final decision to proceed with Vega Electrical as opposed to another. Alfonso and his assistant Eliseo accommodated our very busy schedules and staged the work accordingly. Both work meticulously, efficiently, cleanly, quietly, and timely. Their politeness and work ethic were apparent and greatly appreciated. Finding Vega Electrical was the beginning of a long-term partnership. Because of the significant upgrades completed, we have a greater peace of mind and enjoy our home more. Alfonso and his assistant earned an excellent overall rating A+++++ from us, and we have enthusiastically recommended Vega Electrical to family, friends and neighbors. We have continued to use Alfonso's services since the initial arrangement, July 2014. Whether you own a old home or not, entrusting Vega Electrical with your electrical needs is a decision to be made. There is no doubt in our minds that we have found an awesome electrician for LIFE. Thank you, Alfonso. Job well done. read more

Fantastic electrician. Repaired some wiring that was damaged by a clumsy internet installer. Will use their services again.
