Without asking me dimensions, or number of people or really anything, MIKE starts telling me it's "really expensive". Yes, I know, I need a quote. He tells me "it depends on the number of people... " Yes, I know, ask me what you want. "I'm trying to ask but you're not letting me". Yes, yes I am. I know that I have one quote for @$100 per listening device, $3000 for the monitor- he stopped me. "Well our screens are around $10,000k so I'm not sure you understand". What MIKE failed to ask me was that I was looking for a large maybe 90' TV, NOT a screen. So you know what MIKE, I will buy elsewhere and in the words of Julia Roberts- BIG MISTAKE, HUGE. Go mansplain to someone else.

They listen, recommend, install & train. We did nothing except tell them what we wanted & they did it all. We did a large 75 in wall mounted Samsung Smart TV. DO NOT go to a box store buy a TV & try to do this yourself. There are internet connections, Netflix, Apple TV programming, passwords & remotes. Mike was our Tech guy & was excellent and did it all. We literally did nothing except enjoy. So totally worth every cent.

Don't know what has happened to this company. Used to be well run, but now the customer service is…read morenon-existent. Made 4 calls to the sales department to request a service call to upgrade our system. Was on hold for so long had to leave voicemails all 4 times I called. None of my calls were ever returned! The last straw was while out of town we received a text stating that our alarm had been tripped. The monitoring center for Vector never called the police! We ended up calling them directly ourselves! Thankfully, it was a false alarm. But what good is a security company that doesn't dispatch the police? Wanted to make a complaint to someone higher up in the company but no one ever picks up or returns a phone call. Attempting to transfer our service to ADT or Guardian. Can't happen soon enough!

We had a problem because the telephone was not connecting which I assume that meant the fire,…read morepolice etc would not get an alert. A nice technician came up and installed 3 new pads that had wonderful pictures but still we had notices that the phone was not connected, which I assume means nothing was going to the police, fire etc, The system is usless except for the door dings. We did have a false alarm for fire today with no basis. We went with Vector for over 39 years but we are getting out of this because this company is a wreck and can't deliver basic services.
