The process would take 3 hours and I'd split it into multiple days because neither him nor I could do a full 3 hour session at once. I said all that to say that I wish I would've gone to Betty sooner! I got my dog Beast in 2022 and for some reason it was really hard to find a groomer--no one was taking on new clients. I scheduled my appointment online with Wholesome Doodle, answered a few questions and uploaded a few pics of what I wanted Beast's cut to look like. I was able to get aN appointment fairly quickly. Upon meeting Betty, she felt around for mats and helped me come up with a mat that would be best for Beast. Unfortunately, we had to shave him down pretty low during his first grooming appointment, but that was no one's fault but my own. Things got In the way and I didn't brush him as regularly as I should've and many mats formed. Following the appointment she provided us with a folder with care and maintenance tips for his coat. Betty is highly experienced and will explain everything going into the appointment. She does great with Beast and I recommend her to everyone!

I wish I could give negative stars. This has been super aggravating and ruined my morning. I was told 7 mins before his appt that they were running an hr late since previous appointments needed more time and that caused our appt to be pushed back. How's that my problem? They should've allotted the proper time. What's insane is the company requires 48 hrs notice to reschedule or cancel, or you'll be charged but they don't grant you the same courtesy.(also must have your card on file) Insane. I'm actually quite mad. I canceled. I better not be charged a cancelation fee or this will be an immediate dispute w my credit card company. I've attached a screenshot of the lame text I received 7 mins before my scheduled appt. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring issue with the same groomer, Kayla. Since reading other reviews, I'm grateful to have canceled this appt after reading reviews of them leaving cats and pups with bloody paws and being returned wet. Do yourself a favor and do not make an appt with this company. Find someone else who is reliable.

While the full shave was not possible, the groomer compromised by removing all of the matted hair and shaving where possible without too much of a fight. Our old groomers no longer seem to work here, but we still rave about the kindness and care the team showed our pups back in 2021. 2026: Our new pup arrived to us covered in mats so severe I had to trim some myself, leaving him a bit uneven. We scheduled a grooming session but didn't realize he would be receiving a "first-time puppy cut," which is different from a full grooming appointment. I completely understand the difference, but I wish I had been informed upfront, as I was expecting a full-body cut--especially at the price we paid. A month later, we tried a different groomer, Ivy, after seeing a Goldendoodle cut on their Instagram that we loved. She did an amazing job! As a reminder, per most pet grooming policies, all dogs must have up-to-date vaccines before their appointment. Additionally, there is now a late pickup fee if you arrive more than 30 minutes after your pet's session is completed.

They are always so sweet and gentle with him! That's just who they are. Park and Bark Mobile Grooming have groomed my dog's fur for over 4 years now and the quality of their work has never once declined. My dog always looks like he's ready to win Best in Show at the fanciest dog show after Park and Bark groom him. I had given them a 5 star review before and am coming back to update my review because I can't stop singing their praises; I would give Park and Bark 10 stars if I could. Sel has groomed both of my dogs with such patience, kindness, and care, and even during the final days of my late dog's life, she remained so gentle and compassionate. That meant the world to me. Having a mobile groomer come to the house is a game-changer. It's so much less stressful for the dogs (and me!), and you can tell Park and Bark genuinely love what they do. They even send them off with the cutest bandannas and accessories after a groom -- it's such a sweet touch that shows how much they care. I'm really sad about my experience. I have a new dog that I adopted, and I had never had a longer…read morehaired dog before, and I was really excited to bring her up for a grooming. When I got there, I was treated very rudely. At first, I was ignored by the one person who was standing behind the counter, and who was acting as if I wasn't even there. And then when somebody came out, I was yelled at and told I was there an hour early. I was actually there 30 minutes early because I wasn't sure how long it would take us to get there and I was very excited to go. On the phone, I was told that I would be able to wait for my dog while she was being groomed. But when I got there, I was told to leave and come back. On the phone, we booked an appointment for a full Grooming. I dropped her off and then I was called not long afterwards to come back and get her. They told me that they were done sooner than they thought. When I picked her up, they had barely trimmed a little bit of hair around her face and done sort of a sanitary is what they told me. They also sold me a bottle of medicated shampoo, which we don't need. She had told me she was going to use it and that I would bring it back each time, but then she didn't end up using it so I bought it for no reason. And then they charged me for the full Grooming even though she was in and out with just a little bit of trimming. She looks a raggedy mess. And I felt like I was treated very badly.
