I am absolutely OBSESSED. I came across their car on Facebook Marketplace Saturday afternoon, and I honestly wasn't planning on leaving my sanctuary for just anything... but this one got me out of the house! The price was right, and from the moment I arrived, Andrea was amazing. She really listened, understood exactly what I wanted, and knew that for me it was THIS car or nothing. Jorge handed me the keys and let me test-drive it with absolutely no hesitation. THAT is how sales should be conducted you know what you want, they listen, and they make it happen! I truly felt like the odds were not in my favor, but somehow Andrea and Jorge MADE IT HAPPEN. I walked in hoping and drove away in a car I've wanted since high school. I'm still shocked every time I look at it. My convertible VW Beetle R-Line is finally mine! Thank you, Andrea and Jorge, for making this experience so easy and memorable. I couldn't be happier!

The price seemed high, but since I was still price shopping and didn't know what was reasonable, I thanked him and told him exactly that before leaving to check other places. Less than an hour later, I came back because I hadn't found another option and decided I was over the hassle of shopping around. When I returned, he raised the price (Proceeds to lie). That immediately felt wrong to me. When I questioned it, his tone gave me the impression that he was upset I had not accepted his original offer earlier, and that he increased the price because he assumed I did not find a better deal elsewhere. I was very bothered by that and decided not to give him my business. About a month later, I still had not gotten the work done, so I decided to try again and went back to the shop. This time, his attitude was even worse. He literally looked at me and said something along the lines of, "Oh, I thought you were going to take it somewhere cheaper," in a sarcastic tone. Of course, he has the right as a business owner to refuse service, but I think people should know the kind of experience I had here. What bothered me most was the lack of professionalism and the way the pricing was handled. I do not think it is good business practice to give someone a price and then change it shortly after for no legitimate reason. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. Keep in mind his daughter was working in the front desk and witnessed the second interaction.

I…read morewas helped by Victor who is a knowledgeable and patient guy, after a couple of weeks deciding the best way forward I chose to pay out of my pocket instead of using the insurance. Victor asked me to drop off the car on Monday 12/07 and the next morning I got the first updates, they sent me a link with a bunch of photos and notes of what they did to that point. Another part was needed so this may have delayed the process by a day, so yesterday 12/10 I got a call from Victor saying that the car was going to be ready before the end of the day, around 2pm I got a text and a phone call from Yani saying that the car was ready. I checked the link and it was a new photo showing the car completed. When I arrived to pick up and pay I got a total of $1475 (which was shown in the last update received) but I had an estimate of $1030, I understand when you are working with insurance you send them a "preliminary work" and then you can add a few or several "supplemental" and the insurance usually pays them, but this money was coming out of my pocket, so I was definitely expecting the $1,030 figure or a little less... all in all Victor explained to me the extra work done and reduced a bit the final number. Conclusion: I'm a hard person to please type of guy, I believe they did a really good job, the 3 days to finish the work is appropriate and the way they kept me informed with calls and photos is top notch! I highly recommend them, just be open to pay a bit more than originally expected...
