The vehicle had a flat tire, a dead battery, no radiator fluid--and to top it off, the radiator cap broke when the salesperson tried to open it. While waiting for them to sort things out, I decided to explore other options and reached out to Enterprise Car Sales South Miami at 17720 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33157. I spoke with JC, who confirmed they had the Tahoe I'd seen online and assured me it would be ready for viewing. I left Miami Lakes Chevrolet and their scratched-up, poorly maintained Tahoe behind and headed straight to Enterprise. The moment I arrived, I saw the Tahoe--clean, polished, and ready to go. I knew instantly it was the one. Enterprise doesn't tack on unnecessary dealer fees, so the pricing was fair and transparent. After JC and Tara walked me through the numbers, I traded in my old Chevy Avalanche and got a deal I couldn't pass up. JC's professionalism was outstanding, and with Tara's help, the entire process felt more like a celebration than a transaction. Thank you both for making this such a great experience! I understand they aren't going to buy a vehicle for retail because they need to make money but they really lowballed me on a vehicle that wasn't that old. they knew I was in a desperate situation and took advantage. Also, I realized after I sold the vehicle that I left some very important things in the car. I live very far from them so I asked if they had them and could mail them to me. they said they did and would mail them after they dealt with repairing their roof after it endured hurricane damage. I patiently waited for over a month and nothing. when I finally reached out I was ignored and then ultimately told they didn't have the items and was then blocked on facebook. Then when I text their phone telling them I'll have no choice but to bring legal action against them they finally call and tell me they will send me $100 out of the $550 they owe me for the items that were thrown away. I told them no and that i wasn't taking anymore of a loss and he tells me he will call me back in a few mins and never does. I still haven't seen any of my money. Instead he blocks me on his phone now. These people are liars and thieves and I now have to bring a huge lawsuit against them which I will do. I would recommend bypassing this whole personal car buying nightmare and handling it yourself over the internet or hiring a broker to handle it for you.
