I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Mercedes-Benz SL 63 from this dealership, and the…read moreexperience has been unacceptable from delivery to service. When I drove the vehicle off the lot, the tire pressure warning was already on. My salesman, Shamir, dismissed it and claimed the service department had simply forgotten to put air in the tire. That night, after filling it myself, the tire lost pressure again by morning. When I registered the car on the Mercedes-Benz app, it also showed the starter battery at a critical level. I returned the car to the dealership the next morning. For a vehicle that supposedly passed a rigorous 172-point CPO inspection, the oversight was appalling. It had: A nail in the tire A failing battery that required complete replacement Blown, non-functional speakers A broken passenger seat To make matters worse, communication and transparency were virtually non-existent. Alan, the service manager, insisted the tire held pressure and had no nail. However, another manager, Gabriel, later contradicted him and confirmed the tire had to be replaced due to a nail. The car sat in service for nearly a week with zero updates from either Alan or Shamir. I only received information after calling the General Manager directly to escalate the issue. When the car was finally returned, the repairs were only partially addressed, the vehicle was delivered with a near-empty tank of gas, and there was fresh damage on the rim. This has been an absolute failure of quality control, accountability, and customer care for a flagship vehicle. I will never purchase another car here and strongly urge others to avoid this dealership.

But, in the meantime, I had the good opportunity to look around Formula Sports Cars and speak with their sales representatives. They were all very polite and exceptionally knowledgeable. So, if you're looking for a great exotic or the finest of its kind car, Formula Sports Cars is a great place to start.

She also mentions that she has a $4,000 check with my name on it if I come in and switch out my car, which I'm already skeptical about because who is just handing out $4,000 checks. Regardless I go and we sit down. She asks me what I want and I tell her just put me in the same car (SE) I have now, same color, everything. She asks me if I want to see it, so we walk out and look at the car. I ask her about the safety features like side assist, lane assist, emergency breaking because my current car doesn't have that. She says oh yea it has all that because it's good for insurance. We go back to her office and she has an offer for me with an SE trim car (like the one I had). I tell her I don't want to put any money down so she leaves and comes back a few minutes later with another offer but she had switched the trim to S without telling me or me noticing. Then she sends me to finance and we're going over the terms of my lease and I find out she tried to put me down for 7,500 miles per year instead of the 10,000 I had on my last two leases. I fought this and the guy is able to bump me up to 10,000 for no extra charge. Then we get to the monthly payments, what she had quoted me obviously gets bumped up by "taxes and fees" and I'm ending up paying basically the same as I was before, saving $5 bucks a month which I bring up to $10. Thank God for that loyalty program incentive. I sign the lease and meet up with Francys so she can take me to my car. Just out of curiosity I ask her about this check. She says that the "check" is the money that they use to pay off the remainder of my lease. I tell her that I don't owe $4,000 on my lease so I would still be receiving something. She then comes up with some convoluted story about how they'll use the check and then the remainder they'll make a check for me for tomorrow. I highly doubt I'll ever see this fantastical check. We get in so she can set up my bluetooth and I go to adjust my seat and I notice there's no electronic seat adjustment, she's tell me I have to adjust it manually. That's when I realize what she did. Like I said she switched the trims without telling me so now I just signed a lease for a car that has no electronic seat adjustment, no push to start, no keyless entry, no spare tire, no sunroof, no remote start, and I'm sure other features I haven't realized yet and I'm paying the same as I was for a car that had all those things. She can tell I'm upset and just says well that's just the way it goes, I already signed the lease so there's nothing I can do. Then she says, "listen you're not married to this car, just come back in two and a half years and we'll get you into something you're happy with." I tell her, well with all the features you've taken away from me I'll be lucky that in the three years at this price my lease will even come with tires. She did not find this funny. So after some debate about whether I should take the car or not I finally decide to stay with it and drive home. Not even 10 minutes from the dealership I start getting alarms that all the safety features like front and side assist, and lane monitoring are not available. The one feature I had asked about. Francys is a liar and a shifty con artist and has left a very sour taste in my mouth about Deel. If anyone is looking to lease from here avoid her at all costs. See you in three years to turn in my keys.

Arrived at the time of appointment and greeted with a sales reps that didn't know the meaning of a smile. Then only to find out the car we came to see wasn't available at the dealer and it was at the west palm beach location going through an inspection! Why??? Why confirm appointments and why post the vehicle being available at Doral when it wasn't. False advertisement and bait and switch tactic likely. However, luckily my son was also interested in other vehicles at the location so it kinda worked out. Another issue as well was their key management system as they seem to have a hard time finding keys for the car we where interested in and when found and ready for a test drive, they had trouble finding keys for cars that were blocking us in. Advice to call the dealer directly to confirm availability compared to dealing with the online customer service. And be prepared to wait! Everything else is also true about other reviews with the high dealer fees of $1299 and a mandatory protection plan that's $1699 which along with sales tax and title and tag fees will likely add $4000-$5000 extra for your out the door price. Although it's all extra fluff, it's common with many dealers so continuing your search for a car anywhere else you may encounter similar outrageous fees.

He treated my concerns as if they were insignificant and made me feel like I was wasting his time\. To be fair, the technician who accompanied me on a test drive was professional, knowledgeable, and confirmed all the issues I was experiencing\. I have absolutely no complaints about the technician\. The real disappointment began when we returned\. Although Eddie claimed the issues were not safety\-related, my vehicle was never brought into the shop for a proper inspection\. I politely requested a loaner because one of my concerns involved a persistent noise, and the next available appointment was nearly 20 days away\. He flat\-out refused and essentially told me that I could either leave my car without a loaner or go to another Tesla dealership\. Completely unacceptable\. When I asked to speak with the manager, Eddie's response was essentially, "You can wait if you want, because he doesn't come in until 9 AM, or come back\." No effort to help, no attempt to find a solution, and absolutely no sense of urgency or customer care\. **Being told to wait around or simply come back later when you are already there seeking help is not how a professional service department should operate\.** To make matters worse, I was told I could be charged $320 for diagnostics despite my vehicle still being under warranty\. When I asked why, I was told it was in case there was external damage\. I then asked whether there was any actual reason to suspect external damage, and I received no clear answer\. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing\. I understand that loaner vehicles may be subject to availability and that warranty coverage has conditions\. What I cannot accept is the dismissive attitude, the lack of transparency, and the complete unwillingness to help a customer find a reasonable solution\. **Eddie Torres seriously needs to understand that customer service means treating people with respect, taking their concerns seriously, and making an effort to resolve problems--not brushing customers off and telling them to go somewhere else\.** I expected much better from Tesla\. Unfortunately, this experience left me with absolutely no confidence in the customer service at this location\. If you need help with your Tesla, I would strongly recommend considering another service center\. **One star is more than this experience deserved\.**
