I am beyond disappointed with the lack of quality received from Joe (Yossi). At first he seems cool and helpful and promised quality work and an original key for a particular price. He took over 2 hours when he originally said it would be quick. I asked what to do if future issues happened. He said not to worry to contact him and he would help. Once it was done he gave me an after market key that he took the liberty to program before getting my consent. It was already programmed and did not lower the cost. Original quote was $325 but charged me $340. Fast forward 4 months. Key does not turn car on and doors don't unlock. We reached out to him and first he said he would replace the battery and then changed that and said it would be me who would need to do it. My husband reached out to explain the issues from the beginning and Joe was not cooperative. Most of the reviews I see on here are from immediately after the keys are delivered. Yea they will work at the moment but just know that afterwards when they malfunction, he is a different person and wont help or take any accountability. To blame a battery is insane when its a spare key that should have a new battery lasting 2-4 years. Even if that was the issue we paid $340 for an unagreed upon key and he should troubleshoot himself. I shouldnt have to open the key fob and risk breaking it as it can happen. That is why we paid a "professional" who guaranteed quality and support. Yet he told me to do that myself. At this point he has proven to be dishonest with baiting us with original keys for one price and a "guarantee" and switching to a cheap aftermarket without any malfunction support and a higher cost. He told us he would help with issues if they happened and then refused to. Don't book him. Sure the key will work at first but after time you are left keyless and lost your money. At this point with his attitude and previous responses to others on different review sites I don't trust him around my carto "fix" anything. Sure we have cameras but we still would not do business with him again. Trust is absolutely gone. Save your money, time, and sanity. Book someone else.

RUDE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHADY- DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!!…read more Its very suspicious in my opinion that they have 99% 5 stars on Google reviews ....perhaps purchased fake reviews ! There's absolutely no way!!!!! After being locked out of my apartment around midnight, I had called Tc Locksmith Inc, since it was mentioned by AAA. The male operator was shady and very difficult to understand, he even hung up on me after in a demanding tone yelling: " Will you use our services YES or NO!!??!".... what the heck? I was simply asking general pricing information, before hiring them to come out. Then a rude clown technician with a middle eastern accent called me back and he was even ruder, when i said i wanted to click over the other line, since i had another locksmith on hold that had given me a ball park price, after i texted him the picture of the lock, and I was simply doing due diligence to get the best price! This guy lost it! He absolutely refused to give me a ball park price, nor did he ask for a picture of the type of lock. He also hung up on me and was very aggressive and told to not bother them for service, since I had called another locksmith for an estimate??? Ripoff artists or so they thought - not today!!!! BYEE Then they sent me a text that said that they would not come out until the next day after 8am?? What a bunch of clowns. I called Mobile Lock and safe at 760-644-3362 and they were over in 20 minutes and a price had been established over the phone, since he had a picture of the lock type. I think I dodged a bullet and will also contact AAA and let them know. Good day.
