The ER is very clean. It's about a year old. It's your typical hours long wait time after you get triaged to get a room. Everyone we've encountered has been really friendly and good with my daughter. They' all have offered us a snack or drink. X-rays went well and the exam room was decorated cute and clean. Underwater themed. The technician was friendly and gentle with my daughter. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the Covid tested my daughter without asking and that has never happened to us before usually it's asked first. Plenty of parking.

We were brought back and about 10 mins into the appointment she was pulled out, which no worries, we can be patient but they told us "thanks for being patient or else it probably would have meant you needed to wait longer anyways" she was out for about 10 mins during our appointment yet we had to wait for her, pay a specialist fee with our insurance and they made it seem like we were an inconvenience . This was a specialist appointment that we were spending a significant amount of money on. She listed and reviewed labs but seemed like she was not taking us seriously and was highly distracted. She didn't take my daughter seriously despite a significant family history and lab proof and pushed us off to a different specialty. We were referred to endocrinology with Dr. Alexander Karmazin. We went in hopeful and quickly realized it was futile. He came in- told us one lab result doesn't justify a diagnosis. (Clearly he didn't review the years of labs and medical documentation on file) I pointed this out and he took a step back and let me explain my child's current issues. He asked me about my history. Here's recognized the labs supported significant issues but said it wasn't his department so he could only provide a referral. Here's the kicker- IM CAPITALIZING BECAUSE I NEED OTHER WOMEN TO SEE THIS. HE ASKED ME ANOUT MY PERSONAL HISTORY WHICH I DETAILED, AS IT WAS RELEVANT AND HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME "WELL YOU DONT LOOK LIKE YOU HAVE (specific diagnosis)". Completely shocked I listed my history with extensive diagnostic history and he doubled down telling me I was wrong and don't look like I have that specific diagnosis and it's probably not active anymore. As someone who has dealt with a chronic illness, I was completely shocked and my diagnosis was not relevant and not in the scope of his specialization. After calling patient support, it turns out they are contracted through U of U and their team handles issues. The rep and I played phone tag for a few calls and after I called back a few times I never heard back to lodge a complaint or get this addressed. If you have kiddos referred here, maybe ask for another clinic. I'm so disappointed with the care we have received, my daughter has not been believed, my health was judged BY A PEDIATRIC SPECIALIST and no follow up to rectify the issue. Be careful taking your kids to the specialist group here

Without getting into details, just know this has been my providing office for years. I've never complained, always paid on time, and had good experiences. Moving to their new building that has changed. Be warned their are no exceptions, they don't ever make mistakes and the bill is left to you...while you still have to figure out your own health. I tried to consult with them to make this right several times. They didn't want to budge. So even if they respond to this review to save face, put your health in better and hands and your money. I would have recommended them prior to this which is why its pretty awful.

Living with chronic back & neck pain since my teens I stumbled across this company on Social Media…read morethat showed an advertisement of a person's neck in a position that allows maximum stretching and proper curvature. A few days later saw a different picture with a person on a table which appeared to stretch the back. Made a phone call, and found that they accepted my insurance. But wanted to do a consultation and take x-rays first. The first appointment they went over range of motion and found the pressure points that caused pain and asked about what I do for work? Told them I sit on a computer many hours a day many days a week. Next they worked up the plan for how many times I will be at the center and what types of things I will have to do at home. They take an alternative approach to Physical Therapy. I like what they do and how they don't mess around with isolating the areas that need some strengthening. Have been to 3 different Physical Therapy places around SLC in the past and they came and went and didn't seem to care. Here they use physiotherapy (not sure how different from PT?) and make sure you are on task and doing the proper procedures as designed. This entails stretching, joint mobilization, soft tissue release, strengthening the muscles, increasing flexibility, and improving balance and coordination. The staff, doctors, chiropractors, massage therapist, and nurses all treat the patients with dignity and respect. Seen a couple negative reviews on where which don't seem to have actually been to the facility except to make an appointment. Some guy named Dust C posted the same things over and over which should be flagged by Yelp for inaccurate review. Have been coming to IG since late July '20 and still go 2x a week now Oct '20. And most days are great for being pain free some days aren't so good but are becoming few and far between. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that they sometimes get really busy, and most of the time it is because I am running late to my scheduled appointment. Highly recommend this facility for those that are suffering from pain that want to avoid surgery or an elixir. :-)

We had a consultation (Orem) and had the actual surgery the next day in Saratoga Springs. We couldn't have asked for a better first time experience! Dr. Burton explained everything thoroughly in the consult. The next day (surgery day) he was on time, personable, and made us feel right at home. The surgery normally takes about 30 minutes but Dr. Burton, being efficient as he is, only took 20 minutes! He even called in the prescription meds before the surgery started, so by the time we arrived at the pharmacy, it was ready for pick up. For a surgery, it was a remarkable first time experience - HIGHLY recommend!
