As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by a masked person sitting at a table ready to check you in. My appointment was on the second floor so I decided to take the elevator instead of the stairs. Signs are posted everywhere about stopping the spread of the Coronavirus. Upon entering my appointment I was greeted by an older receptionist who was not friendly or welcoming. At summit urology they are sanitizing everything including the pens you use to check in. I saw that everyone was wearing a mask except for the receptionist. Masks were available for patients, if you were not feeling well, and/or had a cough, otherwise they were not handed out freely. Dr Stout is a wonderful doctor. Very thorough, and has great bedside manner. She went over every option available, and even showed me an app I could download for the best prescription prices in the valley. Office location is close to the freeway entrance/exit so it's easy to get to.

Had a urolift procedure with Dr. Gange in his office. It was extremely painful while he was…read moreinserting the multiple urolifts. He indicated that one of them had punctured the bladder wall and after trying unsuccessfully to remove it, he stopped and sent me home. My frequent urination as well as urgency has been ten times worse than before the procedure. Over the last three years I have had another urologist remove four urolifts that over time have also punctured the bladder wall and started to calcify in the bladder. In my opinion he is a terrible doctor and would NOT recommend seeing him for a urinating problem.
