In the hospital he was very personable and took the time to sit and talk to my husband and I. He explained exactly what was going to happen and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Sean Henderson to anyone needing a urologist.

However, they are pretty bad with their reception of calls and their response to medical questions. I had an issue that was ongoing and very scary for me. It was due to a birth control and I wanted answers about what I needed to do and if a different birth control would be better. The phone reception is awful and takes forever to get a hold of anyone. Then I was told several times my doctor or a nurse was going to call me back and I never got a call. This kind of back and forth went on for a week (after I was already experience this issue for 2 weeks). I don't like being treated like I don't matter and like my medical questions are just going to get pushed to the side. I really thought this would be my gyno for years to come but I may rethink that now.

The incision was made too large for the replacement which caused an infection and the nexplannon to slip out. After this incident I still continued with my care through them. I had it placed in my other arm. It comes time to get it replaced again beginning March of this year. When replacing it they had informed me the one being replaced had migrated a bit. After the replacement I noticed you can see the nexplannon bulging through the skin (too close to the surface) with an ache ive never experienced. I called with my concern and after 3 calls back my answer was that this is normal and to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I knew this wasnt right as this is now my 4th time having it placed. I work in healthcare myself and had one of our Nurse Practitioners take a look. She stated to make an appointment ASAP and get it out. I will not return to legacy as I have felt unheard and pushed to the side. I have made an appointment with Dr. Jensen in Salt Lake City to take over my care. Legacy please do better.

When we went to the hospital, the Dr. came in just for a brief moment before the procedure, clearly rushed, and didn't let her ask any questions or say anything before he left. My wife has a medical condition that makes her epithelial tissues less elastic than normal, and the Dr. had been told this on previous occasions but obviously didn't remember it this time because when my wife came back from the procedure Dr. Alsolaiman told me that he had tried to push her throat expansion as much as possible so she might not have to come back for a second one later. End result: HE TORE A HOLE IN MY WIFE'S THROAT between her esophagus and windpipe, resulting in horrible pain and a 4 day hospital stay. To add insult to injury, he then CHARGED US A COPAY for him to come back into the room for 15 seconds and tell her that he had done so. He literally walked into the room, said "there is a tear in your throat that will require a stay in the hospital" and left, and charged us $45 to do it. Overall, my wife spent 4 days in the hospital (with all the pain you would expect a torn esophagus would cause), we spent $1,200+ on the procedure that was supposed to be a 15 minute outpatient surgery because Alsolaiman rushed through it and didn't read his patient's chart. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I'm sure he's usually competent and capable, but if he does this once he can do it again. I was disgusted by this whole experience with him.
