I want to brag about Utah Surgical Arts to everyone. I came in yesterday to get my wisdom teeth taken out and it was a great experience. The doctor and staff were so kind and friendly and I could tell they always have that kind of atmosphere there. They did a great job of helping me to feel at ease even though at first I was getting butterflies about the surgery. The anesthesia kicked in within seconds and then I was out. When I woke up I was in my friend's car and I actually felt totally fine, other than my face feeling numb and my mouth being full of gauze pads. The medications they prescribed me afterwards were very affordable as well (less than $15 combined!). Today is the day after my surgery and I am feeling great. This morning I received a surprise delivery from Utah Surgical Arts- they drove to my apartment at about 11am this morning to hand-deliver me a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a "Get-Well" card. Talk about going the extra mile! I highly recommend Utah Surgical Arts to everyone! Their customer service goes above and beyond. Their doctor and staff genuinely care about their patients. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to other places that I had looked into. I'm so glad I chose to entrust this job to Utah Surgical Arts of getting my wisdom teeth out. They also do very quick, clean, precise work during their surgeries, and they send you home with a "goodie-bag" of sorts with a syringe to do salt water rinses, an ice pack that can be used over and over, gauze pads, etc., all in a nice neat black box with their silver company logo on the front. I was so pleased in every way! I even forgot to mention that yesterday after I went home from my surgery, the staff called me later in the day just to check up on me and make sure I was doing okay. They made it very clear that they care about me and my well-being, and that they are always available if I was to come across any issues/concerns/complications/etc. Great service. After receiving the flowers this morning, I decided to mail them a thank-you card and then go online and write them great reviews on as many websites as possible! read more

This was a 10-star experience across the board! I have had a real fear of dentists since childhood, so I had a lot of anxiety headed into my appointment for an extraction. I hadn't met Dr. Park before my appointment, so I appreciated the time he took to meet with me before we went into the room where the actual procedure would be done. He explained everything carefully, answered my questions, and set me at ease. The others on his team were incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating--even the financial part was taken care of privately in the consultation room. After the procedure, the post-op instructions were carefully explained and again my questions were answered. I never felt like I was being rushed. The whole experience could not have been better, including my recovery. I healed perfectly and without any residual pain from the procedure. They even phoned to check up on me a few days after my appointment! (I had a wisdom tooth removed there 15 years ago by Dr. Harris and it went every bit as smoothly - this practice has maintained a high standard of excellence for years, both in patient care and general office operations.) I will enthusiastically refer anyone I know to Utah Surgical Arts - I know I can trust them to take the very best care of my friends and family! read more

I was so impressed with Doctor Park and his Staff. He came in for my daughter in an emergency situation we had with her. Her front tooth was cracked at 10:00pm on a weekend. No one was wanting to come in on a weekend but Doctor Park did and was perfect to help us with this complex problem. He had the skill to help her and has saved her tooth. Mainly because he came right in, because time is crucial so the tooth doesn't die and turn grey, most people loose their tooth in this situation but she didn't. Truly a professional office staff yet down to earth. I felt cared for and like my questions were answered very well. I honestly felt like they cared about me and wanted to make sure I was comfortable, as if I was a long time patient, even though it was my first time there. Clean office, great ambiance, minimal pain for what could have been a miserable appointment. Being 7 months pregnant, they could not prescribe strong pain pills but I really didn't need more than tylenol and ended up not having any swelling even with a tooth removal and implant. I was very disappointed with my experience. The office staff seemed dismissive and unprofessional, and I waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. When I finally met with Dr. Holladay, surgery was presented as the first option without discussing alternatives, and I was told certain procedures were not covered by insurance. Later, I discovered that part of my bill wasn't even submitted to insurance. This office needs to improve communication, reduce wait times, and ensure accurate billing before recommending treatment. read more

We love this practice! This was our second experience with them, and we will return for any other oral surgeries we need in future. When we have problems or questions afterwards at home, they are readily available and helpful, even over weekends. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. The finance people do a great job working with our insurance. In this case, my child had a medical condition that Dr. Park understood from personal experience, and he was able to put all of us at ease with this extra knowledge. We are fans for life! read more

Utah Surgical Arts care. They take the time to explain the entire process from beginning to end. Dr Harris spends time with his patients and family before the procedure to insure that his patients are prepared and calm. He puts everyone at ease with his sense of humor and extensive and well qualified knowledge. The staff is also outstanding. They listen and take time with everyone who walks into the office. Never once have we felt like we were just a number. I can't recommend this office or this doctor enough. read more

I had a fantastic experience with Utah Surgical Arts. The staff was courteous and the procedure was explained thoroughly in advance. The surgery went well and the doctor, nurses and staff were thoughtful and empathetic. The post surgery instructions were also thoroughly explained and the doctor followed up later in the day. I just got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Brown and the whole experience was incredible. Everyone was so kind and they made me feel super comfortable. They really took care of my daughter and her oral surgery making me feel comfortable with everything from the pre-surgical care and explanation to the procedure itself and finally to the after patient care and billing. I would highly recommend Dr Brown at ut surgical arts. I have been through the process of getting an implant. I needed an infected tooth pulled and a bone graft. I then had an implant planted. He patiently listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The whole process has been practically pain free and I have healed well. He has done a good job and he even sent me flowers. My adult disabled son with his multiple emotional and obsessive/compulsive issues was very pleasantly surprised with his experience. Even though the office staff had no idea about his problems, they were kind, thoughtful, patient, and careful. I had four wisdom teeth pulled yesterday. From Lindsay who got me onto the schedule to Abbie who got me into and out of surgery, the experience was as good as it could be. Dr. Wood did a great job.
