First time on Fribourg, Switzerland.
I had the beef ravioli.
Five stars: the sauce is thick with chunky vegetables and baby tomatoes. Very succulent and it had like a ratatouille texture/flavor. The pasta was done al dente
w/o me asking (which is perfect!!). Also, they spice (rosemary, basil) on pots on your table for you to pick and add to your taste.
Best ravioli I have had in a restaurant. In Tallahassee,FL the chefs should travel and learn from the competition. Not everything has to tasted as coming out of a can.
