The rudest manager ever. There were four of us. On Saturday Aug 15, we arrived at 5:30 for our 6:00…read morepm reservation and were told that we can't be seated until our actual reservation time by manager Flammetta Sanjary. We requested to be seated outside and were given a table that was partially covered by the large umbrella. It then started to rain lightly and we asked if we could move to some several empty tables that were under the umbrellas. Ms Sanjary then started to be aggressive and said we can sit inside if we are not happy sitting outside. After a few unpleasant exchanges of words she walked away and told another server to deal with us. A totally rude and unprofessional attitude ensured. She is unfit to be a manager let alone working in a hospitality industry. We have been going to Waisenhaus for years and won't be back ever again this time. She is a disgrace to the restaurant.

The service was very lacking here. Our server was always missing and later we saw her just chatting and smoking in the back. Upon asking to pay, the ladies at the front started mocking us and made us very uncomfortable.
