They were very accommodating and the rooms were comfortable (although on the smaller side). Dinner was fantastic both nights we stayed here. We ordered pasta on the first night and seafood risotto & rack of lamb on the second night. All of the meals we would get again and highly recommend. Great ambiance on the patio and very attentive servers. If you're in the Thun/Hunibach area, I would highly recommend staying and/or eating at Hotel Chartreuse!
