Very succulent and it had like a ratatouille texture/flavor. The pasta was done al dente w/o me asking (which is perfect!!). Also, they spice (rosemary, basil) on pots on your table for you to pick and add to your taste. Best ravioli I have had in a restaurant. In Tallahassee,FL the chefs should travel and learn from the competition. Not everything has to tasted as coming out of a can. Five stars: the Lemon Merengue pie was exquisite! The Italian merengue was superb and the lemon custard I love b/c is not too sugary :)
