STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They gonna treat you like you broke into their house and bother their peaceful presence.
I came in to buy a refill for vape battery, and guy who works there seems to know absolutely nothing about what he sells. First of all he offered me two refills for a different brand even though I said the brand name of mine and showed and when i said that it's not gonna fit the battery he rolled his eyes and gave me EXACTLY THE SAME one as he offered before, just different flavor. I ended up picking just a disposable vape and he couldn't figure out which one I wanted even though i said it's name like four times and he actually was standing right in front of it. My accent is not that bad that you can't understand what i'm saying.
But that's quite okay, I work in customer service myself and sometimes your managers don't bother themselves to train you properly to get to know the assortment and everything.
BUT bigger problem is customer service itself. The guy was looking at us like we're a piece of smelly shit that was sitting on his birthday cupcake. Then when it got to check out he didn't say the total and when my husband asked him about it he just completely ignored the question and gasped. And when he "asked" for id he just made some sort of hand gesture that we somehow should understand as a request for ids.
Mind you for all this like 5 minute interaction he didn't really talk (only if you take eye rolling and gasping for talking) and said 4 words to us: "have a good one", Thanks for this at least. read more
