Anyone else I have dealt with want nothing to do with me whenever I have questions about anything. There was an issue where I was sold a floor unit of a device but paid for a more expensive unit. I wasn't able to exchange it since that particular model's pods have been on back order for weeks. I was given a discount on another unit only because of the mixup but the unit had west and tear (had it less than a week). So I've paid for two devices and can't even use one because of supply chain issues. Understandable. I purchased some replacement pods for the discounted unit and they were almost immediately defective. The individual working wouldn't help me and made me return hours later when akash started his shift. Their return policy doesn't exist and even when it's their mistake or a defective item they make it difficult to handle it. I will continue to return here because of the convenience but it's really sad I can only get a good experience from one of their many employees.

I ended up picking just a disposable vape and he couldn't figure out which one I wanted even though i said it's name like four times and he actually was standing right in front of it. My accent is not that bad that you can't understand what i'm saying. But that's quite okay, I work in customer service myself and sometimes your managers don't bother themselves to train you properly to get to know the assortment and everything. BUT bigger problem is customer service itself. The guy was looking at us like we're a piece of smelly shit that was sitting on his birthday cupcake. Then when it got to check out he didn't say the total and when my husband asked him about it he just completely ignored the question and gasped. And when he "asked" for id he just made some sort of hand gesture that we somehow should understand as a request for ids. Mind you for all this like 5 minute interaction he didn't really talk (only if you take eye rolling and gasping for talking) and said 4 words to us: "have a good one", Thanks for this at least.

While there is a smaller parking lot to the south of the sushi shop, getting in there is more dangerous because of the traffic flow so I've always parked next to Tobacco Town. I've even bought propane refills from them. But today some jerk came out and purposefully told me to get lost. He didn't bother to tell the Ambulance drivers who were getting sushi, or the police car that was there last week. No, he picked on me, while I was legally parked in the only disabled parking spot on the block. Apparently my disabled permit isn't worth squat. Ambulances who eat sushi are okay, but not disabled people. I guess we know what kind of scum really run this place. If I could give "no stars" I would. You can't scare me off.

Very poor experience - Absolutely fraud of a business. They sell crap products. My sister purchased…read morea battery for a Marijuana cart that broke after 1 week. Then fast forward I purchased a vape from them late in the evening on July 18th. On July 21st the vape died for the first time so I plugged it and after about 30 minutes I looked at it and it wasn't charging at all. So when I got off work in the evening I drove to the vape shop and brought it in. The man helping me was a taller white guy with brown beard who claimed he typically works at an alternative location. I explained the situation to him and he plugged it in and viewed the same issue - the vape wasn't charging unless you directly held the charger in place. He then told me that since it had been 2-3 days that he wouldn't replaced the vape but he would give me 20% off. Honestly after spending 26$ less than 3 days ago - I don't want to spend another 20$ - ESPECIALLY IN THIS ECONOMY. Anyways the clerk told me I should have tested it before leaving, I then asked him if the new standard was to bring a charger and test it that way too. He was aggressive, and not customer service oriented. He told me if I wanted any other help to call back in the morning when a manager is in. I let him know I called the morning of the 21st and no one had answered. Fast forward to the following day, I called when I was off work, asked to speak to a manager, the immediate response "STOP CALLING HERE" to which I said "Excuse me? I was instructed by you guys yesterday to call the manager today" He then said "What do you want a manger for?" at this point I'm already in tear honestly - The fact that they think it is okay to be that aggressive in general but also while at work and to a woman is disgusting. He proceeded to tell me that their online system is not working and did I have a picture of what I wanted. WHAT? I told him the name of one of the ones I ordered. He didn't check anything, just told me they didn't have it. So, I was rudely treated, waited for nothing and went home empty handed. The absolute worst experience in a dispensary I have ever had. There are many dispensaries in the Portland area that offer friendly, helpful service and actually have an accurate menu and a way to order on-line.
