I came to Micorp Custom Auto for the latter and boy...they did NOT disappoint! I was impressed with these dudes almost from the very start due to their wicked fast responsiveness. After sending out my "Yelp feelers" (as I do) to gather some quotes, they were basically the ONLY business to reply with an actual, tangible price. Meanwhile, one business replied with (I kid you not), "Yes, I can install that for you."...which told me absolutely nothing. At another point, I thought I would go with Boomer Nashua since they were closer to us. But after getting NO response from neither their Yelp mailbox nor a direct email via their site, it was clear I needed to seek greener pastures. But, I digress. MCAT's location is a quaint little shop that's a bit tucked in with a street sign so small, you'll miss it if you blink once (or at least, I did). They're open only on weekdays, but their results are second to none. Now, I had already successfully (not to mention painfully) installed a custom fitted front dash cam in my car. I needed a rear cam installed by a professional who knows how to hardwire a cable with the utmost subterfuge. Recognizing such a task was clearly above my pay grade, I deferred to MCAT's expertise. Sufficed to say, these guys rock! They gave me an hourly rate upfront (which came to $150 per hour). And for those wondering, they do offer a lot of their own parts, though it looks to be mainly audio accessories and other things. Let my experience be proof, however, that you can totally show up with your own technical inventory and have them install it for you. At which point, you need only consider the labor cost. This is the most bottom line, upfront pricing I've ever seen and it's awesome! Why can't more businesses be this straight forward? Anyone who needs some type of electronic item installed onto their vehicle, I'd highly recommend this place right here. Just describe to them precisely what you need and they'll give you a quote with an ETA to boot. Also, shout out to the technicians on site that day for being so chill.
