Kristy was recommended to me by a friend. I started following her on IG. I think it took a year before I went to her. I finally went to meet her. Loved her vibe and I always know what I want and try to give examples with by bootleg Photoshop of where I want to put it. The shop is clean (no food and drinks allowed), private, and they play they play R&B music I appreciate it ;p She will sit there and draw it on her computer pad and its amazes me how she can draw so flawless. We makes changes if needed and try different options. Once she puts on stencil we sit with it. Make sure its the right size and put in the right spot. I stare at myself in the mirror for a while. She quadrible checks if I am sure. Which I'm always a little indecisive until I am sure; and I appreciate that because I don't like taking long with decisions and taking up peoples time. Her hand is soft, her lines, and the detail to her work is amazing. I've done more than a couple tats. Black and "whites" with some colors, a portrait, colorful, and fonts and I love them all. I know with her she will come thru in quality, I feel safe, we talk about life, and it will look amazing. I think I'm done with tattoos but maybe not lol. Bad customer service/issue resolution at this shop. If you have any problem the artists tend to ignore your calls/messages and most artists there including shop owner have an idgaf attitude. They do have good artists that are talented not gonna lie, but that doesn't set them apart. There are talented tattoo artists all over Miami that actually care about their customers and their image. I have an issue with an artist and he's left me on read instead of working with me towards a solution, so I reached out to the shop owner and she just gave me a "too bad so sad" type of response and then blocked my number. I'll take my business elsewhere and will tell my friends who frequent there about what happened to me as well as warn anyone I know. read more

LOVE THIS TATTOO SHOP!!! My first tattoo EVER was done by Chris, back in January for my birthday. Super nice guy makes you feel super comfortable, tells you everything you need to do for aftercare, how to take care of it all of that good stuff. I just went back to him to get another tattoo on my wrist. He's just an amazing artist and deserves a ton of credit for his awesome work. He's very honest and will let you know if that tattoo is too small, he definitely wants you to enjoy your tattoo forever and make sure it looks great for a long time. I had been following the talented artists at Vantablack for a few months before I wrote to Andy about a portrait tattoo I was hoping he could do. Not only did Andy respond quick, but he found time to schedule me within a few days. lonerdude which is a tattoo artist here that they rave about I gotta say he was the worst experience I've ever dealt with. So I called him Saturday night and paid a $200 deposit cause I wanted to do a full chest price with him while I was visiting Florida well Monday night I got the news my grandfather was admitted into the hospital and had to have immediate surgery. I offered to show the documents showing my grandfather was in the hospital and @lonerdude said deposits are non refundable under no circumstances. Wow okay shows this shops only cares about money I let @lonerdude know 5 days in advanced I couldn't make it that should be feasible for a refund do to the Circumstances and he blew up on me. Getting an appointment here is impossible, I had a piercing done last June and it was so hard to get in contact with my piercer. When he was finally able to give us a date he was an hour late, but the piercing itself was very quick and painless. I like the ambiance of the shop and the people that work there are all really cool. I didn't get to choose the jewelry but I love my stud and have yet to change to something else. The only problem I've had is that my piercing keeps getting irritation bumps over the last year. I think the aftercare info given to us wasn't great. I used many different products to clean my piercing and many treatments to get rid of the bump on my nose. I'm not sure if it had to do with the way it was pierced, but luckily its all under control now. Overall, I like the shop, the people, and I'm happy with my piercing but I think it would be easier to get pierced elsewhere. Their tattoos look great. read more

Love!!!! I'm so glad I found Kristy. I mean, I did some serious research on tattoo artists in Miami - especially those good with line work - and Kristy by far took the cake. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted done, not really sure how big I wanted it, and she took the time to show me different styles, sizes and suggested what would look best in the area I wanted. For a tiny tattoo, she spent quite some time with me. This shop is horrible. I've gone over three time with two different artist. One with Kristy where she made my boyfriend wait a long time past his appointment and then never showed up to tattoo him. Another two times with Chris where he made us wait over an hour! The shop is a mess. There's no structure. No management. I made sure to spread the word to my friends to never come here. So unprofessional and on top of that they up charge you for the littlest thing instead of owning up to their mistake and actually give good customer service. Karma will get them back. I got my very first tattoo done yesterday by Kristy. She was recommended by one of my old co-workers and I followed her on Instagram. When I went in there It had a very chill vibe. The place has been open for just a year so they are still in the process of fixing the shop. You have to make an appointment by messaging through ig or calling them. Kristy was very helpful and gave me plenty of information I needed on taking care of my tattoo, and was patient when I wanted my tattoo a certain way. She likes to use originality to her tattoos, so it would be better to have her show you the picture a couple of days before you get the tattoo. She showed me her drawing the day I came in but I wanted my tattoo specifically like the picture I found. It came out perfect. Would definitely recommend her !! read more

The worst experience ever with the owner of the place Andy, what a piece of crap, he doesn't check on you while doing your tattoo and does everything the way he wants to do. After 2.5 hours of session saying he is done and telling to check it in the mirror while I was doing that he packed his stuff and jumped to bunch of friends to eat french fries. Not going to details I'm just gonna say that he didn't make everything on tattoo the way I was looking for to be done because of some misunderstanding and he didn't even print part of the picture I gave him to check on it and did everything out of his mind. When I asked him to make it like on a picture putting more ink that could be easily done he answered "Nigga just give me money for my work, I'm done with this tattoo. If you don't like it don't do tattoos with me anymore!" I was literally caught off guard because I'm coming to tattoo shop for great experience, for something that changes my body and me and I always have full trust to tattoo artist and hope we having good relationship and he is on good emotions with me and while doing my tattoo. I really didn't expect this guy to be such a crap and talk to me like that, he definitely didn't understand that in different circumstances I would knock him out for the way he was talking to me, but at that moment I was after 2.5 hours of getting scratched when your body and mind is damaged and broken and you are not really the same who you are feeling different and I wasn't looking for any aggravating stuff so I kept talking to him the most polite way hoping he can fix the tattoo and even when he denied I payed him all money we discussed, because I'm not a cheap guy who bargaining for tattoo prices. You should know who you dealing with if you decide to get a tattoo from Andy who somehow even the owner of this place, hope I'm not gonna meet him in a real life anymore because I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to control myself seeing this face. read more

I made an appointment with the owner kristy and I ended up waiting one hour and a half for her to arrive to the store and she didn't text me or let me know she was going to be late. Its honestly super disrespectful making a customer wait hours without giving an explanation. In the screenshots shown below you can see I had to text her at 3pm asking where she was and when she was going to come. After waiting an hour and a half I left and I texted her saying it was extremely unprofessional what she did and all she said was "chill with that". She is very unprofessional and needs to respect her clients time. I had to drive 30 minutes to this tattoo shop and 30 minutes back and go to work right after. There's plenty of other tattoo shops that care about customer service and will respect the customers time. Don't waste your time going to this tattoo shop. You would think that the owner would have the most professionalism out of all the employees but I was wrong.
