I don't think I'll ever go to another shop, I've gotten two large pieces done here so far by Matt and Stacey and they are just the best. I don't think I've ever had such gentle artists in my whole life, like when I say both tattoos with them where painless I really mean it. I literally fell asleep on a full chest piece with Stacey and a large mandala on the nape of my neck with Matt. they are both amazing at what they do and extremely talented at what they do, I recommend them to anybody looking to get some quality work done. Their piercer star is also amazing! I just recently got my septum done with her and she was so fast with the process and extremely hygienic and knowledgeable with how the piercings go and what material to use. She was also amazing with the advice for the after care on my piercing and thanks to her it's been healing so good! read more

The artist Laz or Lazaro is super unprofessional, I went with another option since he was supposedly booked for 3 months in advance and he tried to make fun of me and call me broke for not booking with him. read more

Kerven was my tattoo artist and so incredible. He welcomed me as soon as I walked in and we discussed my tattoo, length, colors and position. Kerven was soft spoken, super chill, and patient. He has steady hands and drew clean lines. I'm really happy with his work and believe I found my tattoo gallery! read more

Kristy was recommended to me by a friend. I started following her on IG. I think it took a year before I went to her. I finally went to meet her. Loved her vibe and I always know what I want and try to give examples with by bootleg Photoshop of where I want to put it. The shop is clean (no food and drinks allowed), private, and they play they play R&B music I appreciate it ;p She will sit there and draw it on her computer pad and its amazes me how she can draw so flawless. We makes changes if needed and try different options. Once she puts on stencil we sit with it. Make sure its the right size and put in the right spot. I stare at myself in the mirror for a while. She quadrible checks if I am sure. Which I'm always a little indecisive until I am sure; and I appreciate that because I don't like taking long with decisions and taking up peoples time. Her hand is soft, her lines, and the detail to her work is amazing. I've done more than a couple tats. Black and "whites" with some colors, a portrait, colorful, and fonts and I love them all. I know with her she will come thru in quality, I feel safe, we talk about life, and it will look amazing. I think I'm done with tattoos but maybe not lol. I recommend her to all my clients and friends. read more

Kristy has been my tattoo artist for more than a few years now. She is very detailed with her pieces, she did my complete sleeve, customized certain important details to my piece and tied everything in together perfectly. She also has a light hand versus other tattoo artists I've worked with, making the process less painful as well. My tattoos always heal amazingly and haven't needed any touch up. read more

LOVE THIS TATTOO SHOP!!! My first tattoo EVER was done by Chris, back in January for my birthday. Super nice guy makes you feel super comfortable, tells you everything you need to do for aftercare, how to take care of it all of that good stuff. I just went back to him to get another tattoo on my wrist. He's just an amazing artist and deserves a ton of credit for his awesome work. He's very honest and will let you know if that tattoo is too small, he definitely wants you to enjoy your tattoo forever and make sure it looks great for a long time. I got my lotus flower with my aunt and she's looking forward to go back to him and do a cover up and another tattoo with her husband. Not only does he do tattoos but he also does piercings! The tattoo shop itself is very unique and CLEANNN. Cleanliness is super important especially in a tattoo shop. Everyone is very nice there and makes you feel comfortable. You want to go back just to be there because the atmosphere is just so chill. And the location is perfect! If you're looking for a good tattoo shop, this is it! Highly recommend Chris! read more

I've been getting tattooed by kristy for about 9 years. She's such an amazing artist. She pays so much attention to detail and listens to everything you like to create the most perfect unique piece. She draws everything by hand and doesn't copy any designs she will get an understanding for what you want and make it original and beautiful. The shop has an amazing vibe, everyone has an amazing personality and I promise you'll never get bored. read more

Davi is THE bomb!! Got my first and all tats with her + my nose piercing! All healed perfectly and still look amazing!! The attention to detail, patience, and line work is incredible. She is incredibly humble and patient. As indecisive as I am, Davi was able to design the perfect tats I had envisioned the way I had envisioned them in my head. Have already started planning to get tatted with her again very soon! Thank you thank you thank you Davi! read more

Bad customer service/issue resolution at this shop. If you have any problem the artists tend to ignore your calls/messages and most artists there including shop owner have an idgaf attitude. They do have good artists that are talented not gonna lie, but that doesn't set them apart. There are talented tattoo artists all over Miami that actually care about their customers and their image. I have an issue with an artist and he's left me on read instead of working with me towards a solution, so I reached out to the shop owner and she just gave me a "too bad so sad" type of response and then blocked my number. I'll take my business elsewhere and will tell my friends who frequent there about what happened to me as well as warn anyone I know. read more

I will follow Laz Rivera to wherever he is located and I am so grateful his latest location is here! The shop is private so you must have an appointment to come in (for the most part). The cleanliness level and sleek look of the shop really made me feel at ease while spending hours there doing work on my left sleeve. Each and every single artist is incredibly talented, trust me you cannot go wrong there.... no matter who you choose! read more

I had been following the talented artists at Vantablack for a few months before I wrote to Andy about a portrait tattoo I was hoping he could do. Not only did Andy respond quick, but he found time to schedule me within a few days. The portrait I wanted was of someone special in my life and thus I was a little nervous because I really wanted it to come out well. I knew Andy would do a great job since I had already looked at a lot of his work on Instagram and was really impressed by how awesome and detailed his art is. Andy really blew away all of my expectations - not only did my portrait come out amazing , but he was a true professional throughout the entire process. Andy paid close attention to detail and worked hard to ensure I got a great tattoo. I was so happy with the way my tattoo came out, I can't really thank him enough for the great work he did. read more

lonerdude which is a tattoo artist here that they rave about I gotta say he was the worst experience I've ever dealt with. So I called him Saturday night and paid a $200 deposit cause I wanted to do a full chest price with him while I was visiting Florida well Monday night I got the news my grandfather was admitted into the hospital and had to have immediate surgery. I offered to show the documents showing my grandfather was in the hospital and @lonerdude said deposits are non refundable under no circumstances. Wow okay shows this shops only cares about money I let @lonerdude know 5 days in advanced I couldn't make it that should be feasible for a refund do to the Circumstances and he blew up on me. I will share some of the text on yelp do you guys can see how people are here. The owner isn't a bad guy it's the employees. Also the owner is a woman and she lets her employees treat people like carp! I would suggest finding a more reliable place read more

Getting an appointment here is impossible, I had a piercing done last June and it was so hard to get in contact with my piercer. When he was finally able to give us a date he was an hour late, but the piercing itself was very quick and painless. I like the ambiance of the shop and the people that work there are all really cool. I didn't get to choose the jewelry but I love my stud and have yet to change to something else. The only problem I've had is that my piercing keeps getting irritation bumps over the last year. I think the aftercare info given to us wasn't great. I used many different products to clean my piercing and many treatments to get rid of the bump on my nose. I'm not sure if it had to do with the way it was pierced, but luckily its all under control now. Overall, I like the shop, the people, and I'm happy with my piercing but I think it would be easier to get pierced elsewhere. Their tattoos look great. read more

Love!!!! I'm so glad I found Kristy. I mean, I did some serious research on tattoo artists in Miami - especially those good with line work - and Kristy by far took the cake. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted done, not really sure how big I wanted it, and she took the time to show me different styles, sizes and suggested what would look best in the area I wanted. For a tiny tattoo, she spent quite some time with me. So many tattoo artists would never do that if it wasn't a huge piece that would make them money but Kristy was patient, sweet and super comforting. Not to mention, my tattoo came out perfect. I couldn't be happier! Now I need to find a bigger piece so I can return! read more

This shop is horrible. I've gone over three time with two different artist. One with Kristy where she made my boyfriend wait a long time past his appointment and then never showed up to tattoo him. Another two times with Chris where he made us wait over an hour! The shop is a mess. There's no structure. No management. I made sure to spread the word to my friends to never come here. So unprofessional and on top of that they up charge you for the littlest thing instead of owning up to their mistake and actually give good customer service. Karma will get them back. If you want true professional tattoo artist. Don't go here. I wish Yelp can add a no star option because that's what this crap ass place deserves. read more

I got my very first tattoo done yesterday by Kristy. She was recommended by one of my old co-workers and I followed her on Instagram. When I went in there It had a very chill vibe. The place has been open for just a year so they are still in the process of fixing the shop. You have to make an appointment by messaging through ig or calling them. Kristy was very helpful and gave me plenty of information I needed on taking care of my tattoo, and was patient when I wanted my tattoo a certain way. She likes to use originality to her tattoos, so it would be better to have her show you the picture a couple of days before you get the tattoo. She showed me her drawing the day I came in but I wanted my tattoo specifically like the picture I found. It came out perfect. Would definitely recommend her !! read more

Dont ever go here!!! They'll tell you they're available and to come through and then tell you whatever you want, even if its something small, it's "too complicated". The artist literally said to us " sorry i just want to go home". Should have just told us that before we made the drive in the first place!!! read more

The worst experience ever with the owner of the place Andy, what a piece of crap, he doesn't check on you while doing your tattoo and does everything the way he wants to do. After 2.5 hours of session saying he is done and telling to check it in the mirror while I was doing that he packed his stuff and jumped to bunch of friends to eat french fries. Not going to details I'm just gonna say that he didn't make everything on tattoo the way I was looking for to be done because of some misunderstanding and he didn't even print part of the picture I gave him to check on it and did everything out of his mind. When I asked him to make it like on a picture putting more ink that could be easily done he answered "Nigga just give me money for my work, I'm done with this tattoo. If you don't like it don't do tattoos with me anymore!" I was literally caught off guard because I'm coming to tattoo shop for great experience, for something that changes my body and me and I always have full trust to tattoo artist and hope we having good relationship and he is on good emotions with me and while doing my tattoo. I really didn't expect this guy to be such a crap and talk to me like that, he definitely didn't understand that in different circumstances I would knock him out for the way he was talking to me, but at that moment I was after 2.5 hours of getting scratched when your body and mind is damaged and broken and you are not really the same who you are feeling different and I wasn't looking for any aggravating stuff so I kept talking to him the most polite way hoping he can fix the tattoo and even when he denied I payed him all money we discussed, because I'm not a cheap guy who bargaining for tattoo prices. You should know who you dealing with if you decide to get a tattoo from Andy who somehow even the owner of this place, hope I'm not gonna meet him in a real life anymore because I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to control myself seeing this face. read more

I made an appointment with the owner kristy and I ended up waiting one hour and a half for her to arrive to the store and she didn't text me or let me know she was going to be late. Its honestly super disrespectful making a customer wait hours without giving an explanation. In the screenshots shown below you can see I had to text her at 3pm asking where she was and when she was going to come. After waiting an hour and a half I left and I texted her saying it was extremely unprofessional what she did and all she said was "chill with that". She is very unprofessional and needs to respect her clients time. I had to drive 30 minutes to this tattoo shop and 30 minutes back and go to work right after. There's plenty of other tattoo shops that care about customer service and will respect the customers time. Don't waste your time going to this tattoo shop. You would think that the owner would have the most professionalism out of all the employees but I was wrong. Chris was actually being super nice and helpful and kept me updated on where kristy was because she didn't even bother to contact me. read more
