Happy with this place. They have a variety of Vans shoes and apparel. Buy one pair and get the 2nd pair 1/2 off! The cheaper pair gets the half off. They have various styles on clearance and it applies to all shoes. You can buy a sale shoe and get the clearance shoe on sale. I got 4 pairs of shoes for $94, $103 with tax. Most Vans are $50-$70 a piece, so 4 pairs of adult shoes for $100 is a great deal. Service is nice. I lost my wallet here and when I figured out where it was (I called them) they had already put it in their safe for my protection. Definitely the place to get you and your family shoes! read more

I drive by all the time and so I decided to stop and check it out. I was surprised to find a lot of great shoes including many of the special versions like Star Wars and Disney. Needless to say I did purchase several pairs because that's when the real savings occur. The staff was helpful, friendly and prompt. The only downside would be the small parking lot. read more

Geeze, I stopped by today with my best friend with low expectations, I should have came with even LOWER expectations. The only plus to this place was that one employee seemed really helpful and nice. They were having a buy one get one half off of equal or lesser value sale. It seemed like it was the entire store, but the cashier tells me after I pick up two pairs that are both 45 each that the sale only applies to their clearance crap. I mean, then it's not really a good deal anymore is it? because their clearance crap sucked! I mean, they soles of the shoes were yellowing and they were still priced at $38!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Got 6 pairs of vans for about $30 a piece including tax. Even though it was packed pre-Christmas the line moved quickly enough and it was a pleasant shopping experience. The parking lot is small during the holidays but I'm sure it's plenty big during the week. read more

I read all the negative reviews here before going and so I expected the staff to be rude. But as most reviews go, I had the exact opposite experience. I was met with a friendly "hello, can I help you find anything?". I had my 15 month year old with me and I was flying solo without the wife. Needless to say I had my hands full, but the lady and fellow working there were really helpful and were patient with my many request. I found the shoes I was looking for and they were only 29 bucks and so I got an additional pair because they were 50% off. They have buy one get one free toddler shoes, so my baby got something too! They get 5 stars because they do not have a lot of skate styles, but I cannot complain. i got what I wanted. Thanks! read more

Went in today just to look for a pair of shoes. I didn't intend to buy any shoes but I saw some cute ones for my nephew. There was one particular guy who was helping me and I think his name was Daniel? But he helped me find a couple shoes and I was highly satisfied. He had a great attitude and was easy to talk to. He knew what shoes he was talking about and that's what I liked. The store was really clean not what you expect from an outlet vans store. I'm quite a picky guy with my shoes but holy damn did hit the nail with the hammer. She had some great recommendations for something similar. I'm one very happy customer. IT'S A FREAKIN' OUTLET! That's what outlets do, sell discontinued shoes...returned shoes from stores....older shoes....so that they can be marked down and moved, and you can save $$. And maybe the place IS tight and not kept up like the Off The Wall Stores to keep the overhead down and save you even more money. Either get a clue to what an outlet is, or stay out of this store, go get the newer stuff at full price in Commerce (they DO have newer stuff at full price here, just not a big selection....you know why?....BECAUSE IT'S AN OUTLET!). i love the store my baby girl is 7 months and i found her some vans for only $9.99 and i got the 2nd pair 50% off I was so happy she got two pair for 15$ and i got two pair for $30 for myself good deals in my opinion . The building is not that big but you will find some stuff . read more
