The two employees at the front were very helpful and explained the new policy regarding returns. At this point my return would be an expectation (due the new policy). Communication was good and clear - however, once I got to the cashier - she turned the experience upside down. Instead of asking one of the others about clear understanding of what was happening - she started to charge me for the plug when they provided it was an even exchange. The attitude wasn't needed - the I'll just give it to you. Ma'am - what are you talking about? Why are you frustrated as if I did something to you? Why the attitude at all? At this point, I am okay with not going to this location again. I am aware of the new policy and will govern my purchases going forward with that understanding.

When I tell you these ladies allowed me to sit as they checked their stores for items that would work for me. They treated me as if I was some millionaire and they were my personal shoppers. Although we didn't find a complete outfit we did find a blouse. Jenny helped me save some much money I walked out of there and only spent $13.41. That's it. But Ted made my exchange and sneaker selection easy. He was helpful and didn't act like he wanted to be anywhere else but at work. That's generally the energy you get from people at that store. The hangers do not have sizes on them and the tags are tucked into the pockets and sleeves of every item. Do you know how annoying it is to pull the tag out of every items pocket looking for the correct size? Nothing is organized by category or type of clothing, it's all just everywhere, which makes it incredibly infuriating to shop.
