I had returns and I was able to find a comfy Clark branded low heel sandal. I enjoy this DSW location compared to Sumner & Crossroads. The store offers weekly shoe donations and customers can obtain 50 pts. I always forget about this. I learned today that DSW also offers water proofing services for a charge. This is perfect for suede or Uggs. A great service I'm glad I now know about. The staff here are extremely pleasant, helpful and leave a lasting impression after each visit. Prior to visiting, I would not consider myself Plus Sized, but curvy and voluptuous. Lane has arrived. The new styles provide clothing that is functional, comfortable and trendy without sacrificing your self esteem. Their denim collection is high quality featuring fabric that provides stretch and functionality. I saw quite a few pieces I'll have to return to purchase. He explained all their policies and that their were no refunds but store credit which I already knew. This was a shirt I promptly and effortlessly purchased at Brooks Brothers later on. But Jos couldn't handle it? A simple black shirt? And then, they had to order a white shirt for me because they didn't have one of those either. A simple white shirt? Seriously? That's embarrassing. I am presently waiting a couple weeks for all alterations (some of which they were late with) and that one shirt to come in. She personally assisted us with shopping for appropriate dresses for a 8th Grader. Unfortunately we did not find a perfect fit, however, the selection at Dillards for evening gowns and Special Occasions is tremendous. I appreciate the fact they dedicated a portion of the store to Juniors sizes. Many of the other department stores have gotten rid of Juniors/ Misses and have merged styles with Women's clothing. Dillards has an abundance of designers, I just wish the price tags were reasonable.
