When I arrived he said they checked out but the seller did not bring the box so I told the seller to get the box. The seller took the shoes with him to get the box and I actually followed him to his car because I didn't want him to switch the shoes out for a fake pair "after they had been legit checked." When I got to the seller's car, I looked at the box and the tissue paper was off. It was too thin compared to legit pair which I have from SNKRS. That was the first thing. Secondly the sticker inside the box (MDY green/white sticker) was off. 3rd and final straw, I had my own UV light and I lit the shoe up and there was a signature from the fake manufacturer (a stamp) on the cream midsole, and there was etchings that glowed under blacklight of where the reverse swoosh logo should go. Because of my due diligence, I did not buy the shoes even after the employee said it was legit. I then went back up to the shop and asked the employee who "legit checked" the Travis lows and asked him what he checked since I wasn't there. He said the laces looked legit and it just looked legit overall. I asked him if he took out a real pair to compare it with or put it under blacklight and he said no... When I told him there was a stamp on the midsole from the replica manufacturer and stenciling that appeared under blacklight for the reverse swoosh, the employee deflected and said a lot of pairs have factory flaws and proceeded to take of his Travis Scott Highs and show me the QR code under the tongue of one shoe and say the other side doesn't have it, trying to convince me there are lots of flaws.
