This store has always been subpar compared to other Rack locations, but so is everything in Bakersfield. We seem to attract the B grade of every large chain. This location on Stockdale in the Riverwalk has always been sparsely stocked and has a paltry men's and children's departments. Today I had a very unpleasant interaction with the store manager (didn't catch her name, older lady). She was extremely unpleasant for a mistake THE STORE made and lacked customer service skills in a major way. Upper management needs to reevaluate and revamp this location entirely.
