I ordered shoes online and I had a few days to pick them up before they refunded them. They refunded the shoes five hours before my time was up. I took time off work to pick the shoes up. I will never shop at Journeys again. My daughter still wants the shoes she was supposed to get for Christmas, but we can't trust Journeys, so we won't shop there again. Such a bummer. read more

I went in today (02/05/2025) to process a return on a pair of shoes I had bought yesterday for my girlfriend. The young lady that helped us out said that she was unable to process the return because the shoes were "worn" (dirt on the bottom) and wouldn't be able to be resold. She offered to process an exchange instead so I asked her why an exchange was possible instead of a return, because either way the store would take a loss on the shoes based on what she was saying. She then restated that they couldn't be resold so I looked at the bottom of the shoes and turns out the left shoe we were sold was the display shoe (they staple a price tag on the bottom of their display shoes) which is why it was dirty; it had clearly been tried on by other customers previously. In addition to that, the shoes are leather so IF they had been worn, the leather would be creased along the toes which they weren't because they had only been worn in the store when they were tried on. She then proceeded to pretend like she was going to process the return until a coworker of hers walked over, they mumbled to eachother and then she said again they wouldn't process the return. I then said "the shoes are brand new, have not been worn, and the sales rep yesterday didn't tell us he was selling us a display shoe and you still won't return them?" and she said no so I took the shoes and left. We went to the Journey's at Riverwalk, returned the shoes easily and without hesitation and were on with our day. Don't waste your time with this location, go to the one at Riverwalk. This store is like most stores in the mall in the sense that they suck and they're dishonest. read more

Adrian had phenomenal customer service. He was approachable, very kind and helpful. I needed to return shoes that looked worn from when purchasing, and Adrian right away helped me even though his coworker was making it an issue that I needed to exchange. Adrian went above and beyond to help me out with my exchange and I left very satisfied all thanks to his customer service and kindness. I ran in here with only 15 minutes to spare before going to my interview to find some dress shoes. A consultant named Alex (I believe) helped me find the cutest shoes for a reasonable price!!!! And for them being dress shoes were very comfortable. He was well educated in all the products and very knowledgeable in every question I had. So I bought a pair of shoes and in a month they fell apart. I called journeys customer service line. They sent me a label to send the shoes back. Almost a month later I don't have a pair of shoes or my refund. I will never buy shoes from this company because they don't know how to run a business. I called them after I realized there was only one shoe and they told me to come back to the store to pick up my other shoe-- I came back to the store (I live about 20 min from this store) and they told me they coudn't find the other shoe. I had an amazing experience here yesterday that I can not stop thinking about. The entire staff had acknowledged me at some point and gave me compliments that had me blushing for the rest of the day. Aaron in particular was phenomenal. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond in doing so. When I tried to give him a $10 tip he politely declined, saying he wasn't allowed to receive tips. I appreciate the integrity though I still wish I could do something for him, so hopefully at the very least this review finds him well. Absolutely incredible experience here. Highlight of my day. If I was local to this area I would make a point of visiting this location in particular often. read more

Sooo I went in to Journeys today to get some shoes for my girlfriend & there was several people in the store but regardless Kevin came to help me right away, he got the shoes I needed & I forgot to ask him for another set of shoes, so Ashley came in to help as well & got the second pair of shoes I needed, like wow they were super quick & nice. So I paid for the shoes & my dumbass forgets the debit card & I freak out & go back after minutes of leaving the store, turns out Jaylynn the "runner" rushed out when I forgot my card & was looking for me but unfortunately couldn't find me, by the time I came back they knew I was back for the card without me even asking & they returned it to me. Also Jasmine came in to help & was nice as well. All four of them were awesome today, I felt welcomed as soon as I came to the store, great customer service!!!! I bought a pair of Uggs kids size 3 grey. There was a small spot on one of them not that noticeable. It was the only pair I asked if I could get a discount or if Journey Kids had a size 3. The assistant said they could give me 10% off I said that's great. I also bought the care kit for Uggs also. I looked at my receipt when I got home I got the 10% off the Ugg care kit $2.50. Bought 2 different brands of boots here for my son. One fell apart in about 2 months and the other pair lasted about 4 months. Store manager and customer service basically gave me the run around, passing me off tho the manufacurer, back to the store, etc. Not very interested in taking care of their customers adn DOING THE RIGHT THING. I ended up going to Journey's after Vans didn't have my size shoes I was returning. There were two workers and both were super nice and welcoming and asked right away if we needed any help. They both had really great customer service, (I should know, I also work in customer service) and luckily they had my size.
